Pros (+) Cozy like a log-cabin. Friendly/helpful staff. Beautiful landscape/location.
Cons (-) They advertise a heated pool which was neither heated or clean. Other than that we loved the place!
Pros (+) Bed & room were comfortable. Location is close to downtown Harbor Springs & Birchwood Country Club.
Cons (-) Room has a musty smell. I fixed that by putting an air freshener in the air conditioner. No iron in room. Pink restroom tile should be changed. Newer TV's would be nice but not a must.
