Pros (+) Very friendly staff, great hot breakfast service, close to JMU, restaurants, stores. Smaller hotel so not crowded, especially at breakfast. As a place to sleep for a night or two while in Harrisonburg, it works but I wouldn't recommend it as a "great place to stay."

Cons (-) the pillows were terrible, very small, lumpy, hard i'm not sure why they even had such terrible pillows! was charged a pet fee 20$ as a surprise, which was not indicated when i booked.
