Cons: The only think I didn't like that car was dirty.

Pros: Friendly service and easy pick up.
Cons: The car smelled like cologne for 8 hours and the drop off address was wrong.

Cons: Did not like anything about this. Thought I could pick up early but wasnt allowed, neither the rep at the location or the rep I spoke with on the phone wanted to assist. They wanted me to wait 2hrs before I could pick up the car. So I cancelled and was charged $100 just to cancel and use Enterprise.

Pros: Loved the cruise.
Cons: Cigarette lighter would not work so we couldn't use our GPS and brakes were too sensitive. Very hard to drive.

Pros: Good value for the money.
Cons: Pick up was frustrating. I gave them my credit card for the $200.00 hold, and they told me my credit card was denied. That surprised me. The agent asked if I had another card or debit card to use, and I refused to give him my debit card. I called my credit card company and was told that no transactions had been attempted that morning. I told the agent that information, and he tried my card again. It was then accepted.

Cons: Ordered mid size car and got to pickup and only had 1 car available which was a compact.
Their sustem was down so it to over 1/2hr to pick up car

Didn’t get size I hoped
Cons: Got a car smaller than I reserved. A Yaris, which has very little trunk space. Made planning for a my family, including a two-year old, difficult.
