The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly! Nada!
The breakfast was ok. When we first got there to check in they only had king suits with pull out bed available. They wanted to charge me 30 dollars more then online. So the front desk attendant made me reserve my room online instead of just honoring the online prIce. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. We go to our room. My husband, son and I slept in the king bed. It was ok as far as comfort. My mother in law slept in the pull out bed. She slept a total of like 2 hours. It was so uncomfortable. She complained to the front desk. And they said there was nothing they could do since I reserved our room online (which I was made to do by their staff). Will not be staying there again.
The staff was friendly and the facilities were in great shape. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.( I am generally critical on bathroom conditions.)
Right off the highway. Reasonable price. cold indoor pool with murky water. Asked about it at check-in because so many offer a pool but they're conspicuously closed during our visits. I was assured that the pool was operational. Then, as they handed me my room keys the clerk said that the temperature may not quite be up to the heated temperature...Wow! Not quite? What were they going for--just below freezing? Thanks for nothing. This location with a pool was supposed to be a reward for our grandson's good behavior on our journey. We also didn't like how murky the water was--like it was just shocked. My grandson insisted that "we sometimes go in aunt Brandy's pool when it looks like that." Nope!
Checked in around 10 PM. The hotel was not full but was given a handicapped room for some reason. Neighbors partied loudly till after 2:00. Toilet only flushed once and wouldn't refill. Hairdryer worked for about 30 seconds before stopping. Coffee and coke rings on desk and night stands. Dead bugs on the floor. Horrible experience!

Price, Staff was nice. Located right by the highway, easy to find. One star hotel for sure.
Tv Not very clean. Cigarette burns in the comforters and sheets. The bathroom door would not latch.

Low price, clean room and very friendly staff. No
owner was nice room was clean shower head was extreamly low
Overall the motel looked clean. The beds were comfortable. TV reception could ave been better but was OK. Noise of the heater/ac unit. Walmart distribution center to the south and truck noise all night, slowing down or taking off. Roaches galore, don't like roaches in the room with me.
Older hotel, and they are working to upgrade. Dated, but kept very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Stayed twice (on our way up, and again on our way back). Beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. Right off the interstate. Continental breakfast just cold items. Older and dated, but they are working on fixing it up. Great place if you just want a clean comfortable night's sleep for a reasonable price.
The room was ok. I didn't like the fact that I asked about a weekly rate. And the guy said I'd have to move to another room. A room is a room. A person shouldn't have to move just because he asked about a weekly rate.
It was inexpensive and easy to get to at the location I needed. For a zero-star level motel it was decent and even had coffee and fresh doughnuts in the morning. It had all the attributes of a zero-star motel, but nothing unexpected.
It was quiet and the price was good. They stated that they included breakfast, but there was just cereal, bread, and honey buns. Waffle mix looked old. Milk and juice were in community pitcher. Could not take one as leaving.
The staff was more than happy to be flexible and helpful. Overall the BEST for the price by far. Very pleased. Nothing bad to say.
It was very clean and it worked great for a quick spot to stop and sleep. It looked old and dated and you could hear everything going on outside.
The Belton Hampton Inn is a great new property on the far south side of Kansas City, but it is right off I-49, allowing you easy access to any of the main attractions in the KC area. We stayed on Valentine's weekend and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The free breakfast has a number of options including several hot food choices. We will stay again if we are in the area. You can't beat the pricing for as nice as this hotel is. We originally reserved a room with a king bed. When we arrived we got our room keys and found our room it had two full size beds. We went back down to the lobby and the staff made it right-- they upgraded us for free to a king suite for the weekend! The hotel does sit pretty close to I-49 so there is some road noise, but it wasn't a problem for us.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Experienced stomach issues and Britney was very helpful.
Close to my destination Somewhat old & dingy
I was very pleased that the staff members took into consideration my work schedule and allowed me to have some extra time to check out on my last day. I would visit this hotel again. No, I was satisfied with this hotel.
Nothing. Tried to find different accommodations but was not able to find a room to suit our needs. It was a very busy weekend the Royals were playing, also had a softball tournament going on & most rooms w/double beds were booked. Room was less than average. Did have some updates, but room had a strange odor. Beds were very uncomfortable, need to be updated. Pool was out of service. Breakfast items not worth eating.
Location was close to my event. Appeared to be home to drug activity and made me concerned for my vehicle being vandalized. Hole in ceiling above shower head, musky smelling, broken furniture, etc.
The location was right next to the highway I was using, excellent for me. The room was clean and it was quiet there. The air conditioning was working very well, with the outside temps in the upper 90's. The only problem I encountered was the sound button on the tv remote did not work. But, for me it was no big deal.
It was nice quite and by places to eat I ask for another sheet cause my son had an accident and was told no
The location of the hotel is very good. The bed was wonderful--very comfortable.
IT WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION FOR THE EVENTS THAT WE WERE ATTENDING THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH DOWN A BOWEL MOVEMENT. AFTER FLUSHING 4-5 TIMES THERE WAS STILL FLOATING MATERIAL. THERE WAS A SHOE FOOTPRINT ON THE DOOR WHICH DIDNT MAKE US FEEL REAL SECURE.
The only thing positive I can say is it was close to interstate access. But that didn't matter cause place was so bad. The place was filthy. It stunk so bad. Stains on the beds and cigarette burns in blankets of non smoking rooms.. There were people hanging out on balcony partying all night long. From dark to daylight people Come and go. Not to mention bed bugs!!
Quiet. No double curtains on windows.
I like the style of the room, the bedding was updated and it had a nice tv. I felt kind of unsafe with the type of behavior that was being displayed by other occupants. The room looked nice and updated, but not very clean. The bathtub was dirty and it smelled like cheap toilet spray
