Pros: Staff was helpful and friendly. Experienced stomach issues and Britney was very helpful.
Pros: The Belton Hampton Inn is a great new property on the far south side of Kansas City, but it is right off I-49, allowing you easy access to any of the main attractions in the KC area. We stayed on Valentine's weekend and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The free breakfast has a number of options including several hot food choices. We will stay again if we are in the area. You can't beat the pricing for as nice as this hotel is.
Cons: We originally reserved a room with a king bed. When we arrived we got our room keys and found our room it had two full size beds. We went back down to the lobby and the staff made it right-- they upgraded us for free to a king suite for the weekend! The hotel does sit pretty close to I-49 so there is some road noise, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly!
Pros: The staff was friendly and the facilities were in great shape. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.( I am generally critical on bathroom conditions.)
Pros: The breakfast was ok.
Cons: When we first got there to check in they only had king suits with pull out bed available. They wanted to charge me 30 dollars more then online. So the front desk attendant made me reserve my room online instead of just honoring the online prIce. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. We go to our room. My husband, son and I slept in the king bed. It was ok as far as comfort. My mother in law slept in the pull out bed. She slept a total of like 2 hours. It was so uncomfortable. She complained to the front desk. And they said there was nothing they could do since I reserved our room online (which I was made to do by their staff). Will not be staying there again.
Cons: Not very clean. Cigarette burns in the comforters and sheets. The bathroom door would not latch.
Pros: It was inexpensive and easy to get to at the location I needed. For a zero-star level motel it was decent and even had coffee and fresh doughnuts in the morning.
Cons: It had all the attributes of a zero-star motel, but nothing unexpected.
Pros: The room was ok.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I asked about a weekly rate. And the guy said I'd have to move to another room. A room is a room. A person shouldn't have to move just because he asked about a weekly rate.
Pros: Location, price
It seemed to be family run. All rooms on lower level so no stairs to climb. It was a cheap room that lacks a cheap quality. I would stay there any day
Pros: Low price, clean room and very friendly staff.
Pros: Older hotel, and they are working to upgrade. Dated, but kept very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Stayed twice (on our way up, and again on our way back). Beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. Right off the interstate.
Cons: Continental breakfast just cold items. Older and dated, but they are working on fixing it up. Great place if you just want a clean comfortable night's sleep for a reasonable price.
Pros: Price, Staff was nice. Located right by the highway, easy to find.
Cons: One star hotel for sure.
Pros: owner was nice room was clean
Cons: shower head was extreamly low
Pros: Overall the motel looked clean. The beds were comfortable. TV reception could ave been better but was OK.
Cons: Noise of the heater/ac unit. Walmart distribution center to the south and truck noise all night, slowing down or taking off. Roaches galore, don't like roaches in the room with me.
Pros: It was clean and well maintained. Easy off on the interstate. As expected.
For the price, very well done and planning to stay there on my way back through. Because of one of the previous reviews about there being bed bugs, I laid in the bed with my skin crawling. No bed bugs and had no bites, it was my imagination playing tricks on me. This was a nice one star and I don't think there were bed bugs, just a unhappy person who didn't like her pet situation and wanted to hurt this motel. Thanks lady, you made my skin crawl for nothing.
Pros: Nice big room with large sink area and nice size bath area. The room smelled clean and the new ac/heat unit was quiet and worked very well. New micro/frig worked well. Very clean for this type of motel. Indian owner was friendly and wore a nice turban.
Cons: The matrass was worn out--seemed to be second hand and wasn't very comfortable. No coffee maker in room, but I had my portable c/m with me so it really was no problem for me.

Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating, professional and kind. Fridge and AC worked fine!
Cons: Half the lightbulb s were burnt out. The walls are thin. The bed wasn't comfortable. The seating wasn't comfortable. The tv was small. The bathroom was dated. Alarm clock and microwave didn't work.
Cons: Its not getting cleaned right. Hair everywhere things are been left in room after guest leave in drawers thats how you know they not cleaning these rooms
Pros: The location is just off I-49. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was helpful.
Cons: There were some stains on the floor and the furniture was run down. Other than the aforementioned stains, the room was clean. The advertised WiFi was weak & spotty at times. It's a cheap motel with the good and bad that comes with that being the case.
Cons: This hotel was not acceptable for cleanliness or safety. I had to get 2 or 3 new keys before I could get back in everytime I left and the last morning before I got up a strange man unlocked my door to enter the room. He left when I hollered at him.
Cons: The room had roaches
Pros: Location was close to my event.
Cons: Appeared to be home to drug activity and made me concerned for my vehicle being vandalized. Hole in ceiling above shower head, musky smelling, broken furniture, etc.
Pros: I like the style of the room, the bedding was updated and it had a nice tv.
Cons: I felt kind of unsafe with the type of behavior that was being displayed by other occupants. The room looked nice and updated, but not very clean. The bathtub was dirty and it smelled like cheap toilet spray
Cons: No double curtains on windows.
Pros: IT WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION FOR THE EVENTS THAT WE WERE ATTENDING
Cons: THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH DOWN A BOWEL MOVEMENT. AFTER FLUSHING 4-5 TIMES THERE WAS STILL FLOATING MATERIAL. THERE WAS A SHOE FOOTPRINT ON THE DOOR WHICH DIDNT MAKE US FEEL REAL SECURE.
Pros: The location was right next to the highway I was using, excellent for me. The room was clean and it was quiet there. The air conditioning was working very well, with the outside temps in the upper 90's.
Cons: The only problem I encountered was the sound button on the tv remote did not work. But, for me it was no big deal.
Pros: Nothing. Tried to find different accommodations but was not able to find a room to suit our needs. It was a very busy weekend the Royals were playing, also had a softball tournament going on & most rooms w/double beds were booked.
Cons: Room was less than average. Did have some updates, but room had a strange odor. Beds were very uncomfortable, need to be updated. Pool was out of service. Breakfast items not worth eating.
Pros: Close to my destination
Cons: Somewhat old & dingy
Pros: It was nice quite and by places to eat
Cons: I ask for another sheet cause my son had an accident and was told no

Cons: Checked in around 10 PM. The hotel was not full but was given a handicapped room for some reason. Neighbors partied loudly till after 2:00. Toilet only flushed once and wouldn't refill. Hairdryer worked for about 30 seconds before stopping. Coffee and coke rings on desk and night stands. Dead bugs on the floor. Horrible experience!
Pros: Right off the highway.
Cons: cold indoor pool with murky water. Asked about it at check-in because so many offer a pool but they're conspicuously closed during our visits. I was assured that the pool was operational. Then, as they handed me my room keys the clerk said that the temperature may not quite be up to the heated temperature...Wow! Not quite? What were they going for--just below freezing? Thanks for nothing. This location with a pool was supposed to be a reward for our grandson's good behavior on our journey. We also didn't like how murky the water was--like it was just shocked. My grandson insisted that "we sometimes go in aunt Brandy's pool when it looks like that." Nope!
