Cons. Traveled during the #MaskHysteria of the #Plandemic and the staff at the Baymont handled it about as well as they could have. Well done!!
Pros. Pool was the perfect temperature, hot breakfast was wonderful, very clean bathrooms, quick access to the interstate, friendly staff
Cons. The only suggestion I would make is to move the smoking area away from the front door/ parking lot. I had to pass through to get to my car and with all employees out smoking it was strong.
Pros. Good breakfast! Highly recommend.
Cons. Lock wouldn't open but they upgraded me to a nicer room.
Pros. Rooms were great and clean and beds comfortable Breakfast was amazing
Cons. Not a thing
Pros. Clean, comfortable beds and good pillows, hot breakfast, pool, hot tub, responsive and friendly staff, dog friendly, can walk to get groceries or fast food...
Cons. Noisy neighbor, thin walls. Nothing that had to do with the hotel or the staff...
Cons. In second room ceiling was scraped of texture in two different spots, gave a rundown appearance. Lack of available outlets, only one in same room.
Pros. Included breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options
Cons. The AC was a little loud in the room, but not too bad.
Pros. The size of the room was nice. I liked that there were two queen beds in our room. I like that you had breakfast. I appreciate the use of your ice machine. I was happy to see there was a swimming pool even though I didn't get to use it. Your pillows were very nice and comfortable. I like that you had a refrigerator in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was happy to have a good air conditioner.
Cons. There was a heavy perfume smell suggesting that you're covering up something stinky. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and it did not keep the mirror from fogging up during a shower. The entrance to the parking lot is too tight. A car would stop there to register and it would block access to the parking lot. You need to add another entrance to your parking lot. This was a problem several times.
Pros. Very friendly service. Good location too. And a good job on breakfast!
Pros. The location is perfect, the rooms were semi clean, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was overall nice.
Cons. The heater would work then not were. The locks on the outside of the building were either not locked or not there at all. This is the third time I've stayed there and they did nothing except to say Sorry. Really? If it is so much better now that they are Baymont, where is the customer service of offering some kind of discount of my troubles? At least Motel 6 had working heaters and was cheaper.
