Plane was clean, staff was professional and flight was on time. No built in tv was still ok, as programs were offered that could synch to smart phones.
Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.
J was in the ER x 3...3 protruding discs...contacted Alaska many many days prior to cancel and request a refund or a credjt.. they only gave me 50 % credit....outrageous seeing how i have a doctors letter....just plain inhuman. AI sucks!
Nice crew, healthy snacks and drinks available. Flight to Seattle was short and comfortable.
had to be rerouted due to a medical emergency onboard. Alaska crew treated the patient with utmost respect and continued to keep the passengers updated the entire way through, which I appreciate. But it took 4 hours from landing until we were able to be airborne again, causing us to not get into SFO until ~2 am. I understand it was a tough situation for everyone, but that was an indecent wait.

I like flying Alaska Airlines. I think the staff are happy, the plane is comfortable, the entertainment reasonable, the food acceptable.
I'm not sure if you are going to ask me about the check in process. I could not get my boarding pass, so I had to stop at the American desk before security. I also had a difficult time downloading the app with the confirmation code for the two flights.
The flight attendant was friendly and attentive. Although our interaction was brief—- it made a difference. The crew was upfront about turbulence. I like the Maui pretzels.

The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
The staff was frielndly. The plane was terrible, it was too small and should be decommissioned. There were no back seat screens at all. The only beverages we had a choice from was coffee, tea or water. The only bathroom in the back was behind the flight attendant's jump seat and wasn't working. And I literally felt like I was sitting on top of the guy next to me. It was terribly hot in the plane and we had to sit on the tarmac in Chicago for 1/2 hour due to congestion in Mpls. Wouldn't they have know that before they even boarded us so that we could have sat in comfort in the terminal?
Never got on it. Was re-routed through Detroit and am still in airports 12 hours later waiting for my connecting plane to arrive.
Delta has too many delays now days. It is 1:06 am now. I was supposed to land in Norfolk at 10:30 pm. I got re-booked through Detroit and I’m still in Detroit. I hope to be landed in Norfolk by 3am. I’ve been in airports for 12 hours as of right now. There is a weather delay now but most delays lately have been maintenance.
Very Very late. Subsequent flights left an hour before ours
Flight left on time and we arrived 25 minutes early! There was a gate available when we arrived so early on a busy Sunday afternoon! Flight attendants came around twice with the drinks cart.
Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.
Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.
Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent
Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.
Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi
We were delayed for about an hour from taking off due to traffic control procedures at the destination airport. But once in the air, the flight went well. The crew members were great and provided cabin service despite moderate turbulence during much of the flight.
it was a very short flight so my expectations were low.
As great a red-eye flight as red-eye flights can be.
Very old flight - time to retire it for newer airplanes
