9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely pleasant in every instance.
Cons: Construction in the hallways was a nuisance but i understand this needs to happen.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice
Cons: Hot tub not working
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New, clean, well appointed, great staff
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Cons: The lobby area is under renovation and the breakfast service is a Zoo. Not enough tables and chairs. The area where the breakfast food is served is poorly designed and people are running into each other. The most popular item, scrambled eggs is wedged into a corner area, there are two entrances to the area and two lines of people trying to serve themmselves. Saturday morning the hot food trays were empty and people waiting. My opinion, the staffing at the breakfast area needs training .
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was cold and there wasn't much left at 9am.
6.0 Good
Pros: The pool area was very clean and at a perfect temperature. The breakfast offered many choices.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super nice room. Very comfortable and awesome shower. Breakfast was great and the pool was warm.
Cons: There were a couple of spider webs over the bed and the time on the shopping list did not match the time on the fridge for when the list had to be dropped off at the front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was great.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here before, better this trip this time as the lobby remodel is now complete. Front desk very professional and helpful.
Cons: I see a lot of people with dogs, I don't think it's good policy to allow dogs even at an additional fee. I have a dog and all my life I've had dogs. I just think I shouldn't have to stay in a room where a dog spent the prior night. I have family or friends watch my dog when I'm on holiday or I book a kennel for my dog.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the lay out of room.
Cons: Breakfast was lacking

The room was great and so was the breakfast and the bar. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. We took in many of the tours offered and the museum. Cons: The entire downstairs had large fans running since a pipe burst. It wasn't a big inconvenience since it wasn't their fault, but I wish the breakfast bar had been a little quieter in the mornings.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Marriott Brand
Cons: Firstly, let me say I'm a frequent flyer of all Marriott products and long term rewards member. So, I was very shocked to have the experiences I had at Fairfield Helena. Dirty room, broken toilet, broken fridge, moldy ice bucket... all I need to say
7.0 Good
Pros: staff were excellent
Cons: The fan on the heating unit was so loud it woke us regularly. This hotel had just had some pipes break and had flooding. I felt sorry for them however they should have turned off or down the large fans they had in the breakfast area while guests were trying to enjoy breakfast or provide a temporary location for breakfast. Guests comfort did not seem to be a priory.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff very nice and very accommodating. Bringing my kids from Alaska to here for college and staying here felt safe and also very close to college, other shopping areas and restaurants.
Cons: Staying at hotel for 6 nights is quite a long stay so it would of been great to get a better rate, (deal) especially because I am here to see that my kids start college ok and find a place to live. I really think staying here 6 full nights deserves a better rate...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. Overall good experience.
Cons: The price was high for 2.5*
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, great staff, easy on/off from I-15, and easy access to restaurants. The staff was terrific. The woman who checked me in helped me find a place for a much-needed oil change (I'm on an extended road trip and the oil change message came on during the day). She not only did that, but gave me their phone number, location, and looked up their hours, as well as recommending a couple of alternatives, based on my preference. I am so grateful.
Cons: Nothing at all.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good pool and spa.
Cons: Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing. Location is a bit out of the centre but ok.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bed
Cons: Counter not staffed
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: We could not make our reservation because of severity of the weather and travel in Montana. The roads were emergency travel only and -31 below. The Fairfield Inn in Helena Mt would not refund our money because it was past the refund date and because we booked through booking.com. Would not even refund half of my payment. I would not recommend booking a reservation at the Fairfield Inn in Helena Montana.

4.5 Okay
Pros: Easy access.
Cons: Definitely lacked for cleanliness. Hair in bath tub. Lid for ice container was sticky and dirty. Was given the incorrect Wifi password initially. Wifi service not consistent - often could not connect . Lawn needed mowed. If I had my grand children with me I would not have allowed them to crawl around and play on the carpet. Large stain on carpet. Have always been so pleased with Quality Inn facilities but will not stay at the one in Helena in the future.

Pros: Very convenient location, also plenty of food and shopping close by. Hotel was well kept and clean.
Cons: The room did not match my online booking. The staff however did switch my room to better accommodate my needs but, a couple of the room features were still missing from my original booking.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Reservations were all mixed up with the days staying...embarrassing with my card saying was declined & was really NOT.
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: The pool was out of order the entire time we were there. That would have been nice to know before booking the room. The kids were disappointed.
6.8 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The temperature in our room couldn't be controlled. We set the heat about 65` and it got so hot in the middle of the night that we continually tried to turn the thermostat down. The temp still remained at 75` on the thermometer. At breakfast everyone in the wedding party at some point said "Our room was so hot that it woke us up."
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The pillows were bad and the A/C stopped working during the night. When told about it, I was told they knew some rooms had issues with the A/C. So why was I put in one?
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The access was great for us.
Cons: That you held over $200.00 of my money after you took your &150.00 for the room. They kept $200.00 for over a week. An when my wife called them they said she should with the bank. Funny the money was back in my bank with in an hour after the call. Won’t be back there again.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Cookies in the afternoon.
Cons: TV was broken and we had to change rooms, housekeeping asked if we really needed our room cleaned or not. It appeared that our room wasn't serviced at all when we returned to the room at 5pm.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location.
Cons: Wifi was out the whole time due to storm.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Value was good. They even had soup out in the evening...

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was amazing
Cons: Wii and Tv are slow and difficult to manage.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient, breakfast was good
Cons: The towels were like thin sandpaper. There were some issues with the heat not shutting off in the room, and the air was very dry.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Room was larger than expected and location was close to everything we needed.

Cons: really expensive for what it was not very clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed. Great staff. Yummy food. Staff really stood out. Went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
Cons: Only complaint is I was there for business. For a class that had discounted rooms but I was told they were sold out and I had to pay full price. Although while I was there I talked to two people that booked after I did and got the discounted rate. Seemed a bit unfair and think they could have just applied the discount with me showing I was there for that class.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff and very comfy bed
Cons: Tub was not designed for bathing - stopper didn’t work and you can’t reach tap unless you’re standing

Pros: The restaurant and bar were open until 11-12 at night. That was perfect because I needed a meal and didn’t want fast foods.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is really nice in terms of structure and services.
Cons: Se had an early morning flight (left the hotel at 4.45 AM) and since we had the complementary breakfast already in the price of the room we were told by a staff member about a room open 24 Hours where we could have breakfast before leaving... VERY DISAPPOINTING !! The room had only a coffee machine and Nothing to eat. When we told the staff about this disappointing situation they barely apologized. Would not recommend to go there, considering its a Merriot Hotel!

Pros: Breakfast and location were okay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and quiet. The breakfast staff were very efficient. It was nice to see what looked like a war veteran cleaning the tables, he and the girl worked hard keeping things clean an well stocked.
Cons: The bed did not look made when we arrived, the sheets were not done correctly the fitted sheet was not even tucked under because it was off centre. We complained and the next day were told things would be different, after an apology. When Came back that night, the bed was made, bot the pillows looked like they were thrown on the bed. Also, the bathroom tub did not drain correctly, they did fix that. The toilet looked like it had been cleaned, but up under the rim when looking from the tub side, there was a black dot streak that looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly for quite a while.
3.8 Mediocre

6.3 Good
Pros: We loved the location
Cons: This place is really old and tattered. The pool and hot tub were pretty gross. The morning breakfast was empty (small portions that were gone instantly) not well managed.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Front desk person gave us upgraded room in a different building immediately when I complained that our original room was EXTREMELY loud. Sounded like there was a big Mac truck in the room. Upgraded room was quiet.
Cons: The property is run down.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Front desk staff responded quickly when we reported the air conditioner was not working. He tried to fix it and it worked for about 5 minutes then quit again. We were able to move to a different room. The new room was much cleaner and larger. Beds were comfy.
Cons: Hallway carpets needed vacuuming. Initial room was cramped. One bed was within 6 inches of the air conditioner. There was no place to put toiletries on or near basin other than on top of microwave. Lightswitches were dirty and tub did not look clean. When we arrived at approx. 3 pm, there were 3 parties waiting for their room to be ready. Furniture was old, chipped and chair seams were splitting. Mirror was streaky.

Cons: No
6.8 Good
Pros: The breakfast was really good. We liked all of the choices. The location was central to all of the places we wanted to see. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our housekeeping was poorly lacking. The first day our room wasn't cleaned. When we got back later in the day, their staff had already left but they brought us clean towels. The next day they met us at the door when we were coming back to the room from breakfast and asked if we needed anything. We said yes, towels, garbage, clean the bathroom, make the beds. When we mentioned these things to the staff when we checked out, she addressed our concerns.
