Breakfast was wonderful. Grand kids used the pool and it was vey nice. Love the patio with the fire pit.

Cons: There was brown gunk on the hand rail in the shower. I was also surprised to be wakened at 9 am to have the room cleaned.
Pros: Very nice accommodations
Cons: They used some kind of cleaning fluid I was incredibly allergic, and I am never allergic. It kept me up all night.
The hotel was nice and the carousel and science thing was nice.
Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean and the maids or the front desk got whatever we needed.
Cons: The bed was too hard and I had a backache the whole time I was there. he restaurant in the hotel is very pricey and they made it seem like the baked potatoes, vegetables were included in the meal and they weren't, our bill was over $300.
It's a touch hard to find because it's not on a main drag, but once you find it, you won't forget it. It's also easy walking distance to some cool parts of Helena.
Pros: The AC is central, making the room quiet and comfortable even though it was very hot outside. I liked the classical music being played in the reception area.
Cons: Nothing. It's a great hotel!
Pros: The whole experience was very nice
Pros: Laundry. Hotels are getting rid of it and it was good to do laundry while I worked out. Other hotels pointed me to a laundry down the street. Pool was nice. Front desk was great. Gave me a good place to eat.
Great service and employees
Pros: Location! We were here doing training at the airport. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the training center. Then are many restaurants available in the immediate vicinity.
clean, friendly, excellent location
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, great location excellent breakfast, very clean

Pros: Rooms, cleanliness and ammendities. The breakfast was great. I loved the shower and the rooms!
Cons: We had to wait like 15 minutes to check in after being on the road for 12 hours so we were really tired and just wanted to get to our room. When we did checkin the front desk staff was out of breath and not very friendly and rushed through it
Pros: Hotel Employee where clean bed was comfortable staff was friendly.
Cons: BREAKFAST was ok
Pros: Very clean, nice room.
Coffee maker leaks...
Cons: Could hear the people next door talking...
Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean room. Excellent location
Overall this was a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The amenities were great, the front desk staff is awesome and the hotel was quiet and in a good area.
Pros: The free breakfast had a huge variety, biscuits and gravy(very good), eggs. The hotel itself is 2 years new and gorgeous inside especially the granite counters in the bathroom; the bed was very comfortable. Pool and fitness area had towels at 10pm yet.
Cons: My white comforter cover had a dried blood stain on it and the blanket had a large smudge of dirt, the rest of the room was very clean. I had a new quilt within minutes of my call to the front desk.
Pros: It was close to the airport
Cons: The room was dusty and I found a used band-aid in the bathroom in our room. Yuck.

Pros: Rooms were great and clean and beds comfortable
Breakfast was amazing
Cons: Not a thing
Pros: Clean, comfortable beds and good pillows, hot breakfast, pool, hot tub, responsive and friendly staff, dog friendly, can walk to get groceries or fast food...
Cons: Noisy neighbor, thin walls. Nothing that had to do with the hotel or the staff...
Cons: In second room ceiling was scraped of texture in two different spots, gave a rundown appearance. Lack of available outlets, only one in same room.
Pros: Included breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options
Cons: The AC was a little loud in the room, but not too bad.
Pros: The size of the room was nice. I liked that there were two queen beds in our room. I like that you had breakfast. I appreciate the use of your ice machine. I was happy to see there was a swimming pool even though I didn't get to use it. Your pillows were very nice and comfortable. I like that you had a refrigerator in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was happy to have a good air conditioner.
Cons: There was a heavy perfume smell suggesting that you're covering up something stinky. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and it did not keep the mirror from fogging up during a shower. The entrance to the parking lot is too tight. A car would stop there to register and it would block access to the parking lot. You need to add another entrance to your parking lot. This was a problem several times.
Pros: Very friendly service. Good location too. And a good job on breakfast!
Pros: The location is perfect, the rooms were semi clean, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was overall nice.
Cons: The heater would work then not were. The locks on the outside of the building were either not locked or not there at all. This is the third time I've stayed there and they did nothing except to say Sorry. Really? If it is so much better now that they are Baymont, where is the customer service of offering some kind of discount of my troubles? At least Motel 6 had working heaters and was cheaper.
Cons: There was no fridge in our room
Pros: The staff was very responsive & helpful. They made cookies evey afternoon & their front desk demeanor was top notch! They really belong in a better hotel!
Cons: The facility was kind of sketchy. Chair upholstery & coverlet in the room was stained, the carpeting in the hallways was gross, there was no elevator & our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The parking lot had only one entry/exit.
When Ifirst ran water for the shower/tub it came out rust colored.

Cons: Fix the fire alarm so we don't get waken up at 2:00 am!
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety.
Hotel located in good location. Bed was firm and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and considerate. Will use again when needed
Pros: the staff, room kept clean, morning breakfast saved time and was fine
Pros: Location, value for dollar spent.
Cons: We had mistakenly left computer pad in our room on our departure. When we realized our situation some distance down the line we began to phone the hotel making numerous calls to the front desk girlshe to take this situation of the computer somewhat litely
Good clean room..good breakfast and friendly staff......
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.
Overall the rooms were nice and worth the cost. The breakfast was good, but supply was low. The pool area is not clean or maintained.
Pros: The rooms were clean and nice looking. The beds were comfortable. There was protein served at breakfast and overall the breakfast was good.
Cons: We went to breakfast at 9. They were out of milk and waffle batter. Who runs out of milk? We went to the pool and the hot tub was closed. The pool was dirty and there weren't any towels. I had to get out of the pool wet and ask for a towel!
Location was good for access to the interstate.
Pros: Pool room was nice for kids and they let us check in early.
Cons: Way overpriced for what we got. We were there for a tournament and it seemed like they raised the price for that weekend. Room was not very clean and was worth about half of what we paid.
There was a small refridgerator and microwave and so my husband and I brought our dinner etc. However the hotel provides all kinds of frozen entrees and other foods - healthy choices, beverages, as well as snacks. If I had known that we would not have brought a cooler. We just didn't know how late we would be getting in with the weather conditions and in truth I never bothered to ask questions. I would stay here anytime and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Will be staying there again.
Pros: Very clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Easy to find and to get around from there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb complimentary breakfast. Great HD TV. Lots of conveniences. Good quality toiletries and coffee in the room. Loads of towels
Cons: This would be stretching things. There was nothing wrong at all - but if I had to change one things it would be the colour scheme of the decor. I'm not a fan of green but that would not stop me from staying there again and I plan to in a few months.

Pros: The hotel is undergoing a remodel and I've stayed both in the old rooms and the new on recent trips and both are great. The BIG, BIG improvement was to the lounge. It's a great space now as opposed to the old seedy, bar atmosphere.
Cons: The bar and restaurant staff are seriously lacking. The only one who really seemed to have a handle on it was the manager. The rest of the staff seemed either MIA, slow or under trained.
Pros: It had a beautiful entry and nice bar/lounge area.
Cons: There is not contenintal breakfast, and the breakfast menu they do have is well over priced.

Pros: Nice staff and big room/bathroom for the price!!
Pros: The lobby.
Cons: Went to breakfadt, came back and my door was open. Manager said there was a problem with that door it was scheduled to be repaired. Should have been a warning about it. The. Lady working the breakfast area was very unfriendly.
Pros: Quiet, good hot breakfast buffet, very close to airport, mostly clean
Cons: moldy shower curtain and some carpet stains, pillows are miniature
Pros: Clean room. Good breakfast. Bathrooms were mostly renovated. Rooms were nice.
Cons: Most hotels nowadays are lacking in some form or fashion. The only thing I typically nit-pick is mold, shower surround and shower head. I hate the shower massaging heads. The one here had a decent flow, but dribbled. The caulking was moldy in the corners. And the shower surround seemed dated in comparison to the rest of the bathroom.
Pros: minutes from airport.
Cons: no charm whatsoever, but i'm used to staying at b&b's.
Pros: Breakfast Buffett was nice.
Cons: Our room wasn't ready and the wait to check in was long. We tried to check in at 4PM and rooms wern't ready. We were told to come back in 30 and came back in 45 and still not ready but we did get some rooms. After traveling all day from out of state this was real disappointment.

Cons: A good cup of coffee in the morning is important to me as well as many others. The coffee at this location is so weak it barely has a coffee flavor or coffee color.
Cons: Requested a queen bed, got a double bed and a room that was small even with a double. I am 6'4" so my wife and I do not fit in a double bed. We booked online so not sure where the problem occurred. Old style air conditioning unit that could not cool the room. They have tried to update the hotel but fell short. Would not stay again at any price.
Pros: Comfortable arrangement of furniture.

Cons: Hard beds that were old, and breakfast was terrible, I had the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were old and cold. And then I tried making waffles. They smelled great. But they tasted sour.. I then poured a little batter on a spoon and it confirmed it. It must have been made days ago. GROSS

Business, Other Amenities
Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Funky restaurant for the onsite breakfast, but way better than your typical chain hotel buffet since they cook your food to order. Walking distance to the capitol and about a 30 minute walk downtown.
Cons: Online booking sites show you rates for their 'older style' rooms, but list the descriptions of the renovated rooms. So at check in they give you the option to upgrade for $10/night. It could seem like the hotel is trying to pull one over on you, but we asked them about it and they said they have repeatedly tried to get the online sites to show the correct rate/descriptions. So don't take it out on the fronts desk folks : )
Pros: My stay included a full breakfast and all the employees seems to be very nice.
Cons: I will not be staying there in future and will not recommend the hotel due to filthiness of my room. I must say then when I mentioned it no one really seemed to care
Pros: I love the how it is close to everything. Friendly staff, ample parking, quiet.
Cons: I stepped back in time. The shower curtain looked like my sheets my mom out on my bed back in 1981. A tube television? To get a flat screen I have to pay $10.70 more?? Wasn't offered an upgrade, or anything else. If you aren't with Montana Rail Link, you get the crappiest rooms. Used to be a nice hotel, now it is turning into slum.
Pros: Friendly staff
Free shuttle around town and to beer festival
Comfy beds slept like an angel
Cons: Room smelled of pot, like the neighbors were smoking they offered to switch rooms but we were already settled and about to go out so we didn't and just covered the smell with perfume, it died down
Pros: I liked the breakfast and the renovated bathrooms.
Cons: I didn't like the shabby bedspreads because they made the room look dingy.
Pros: It had all the amenities I needed, outlets, frig, microwave. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. It appeared clean. Close to interstate, several restaurants, and where I needed to be. Will likely stay there again.
Cons: Walls are a little thin. On a busy thoroughfair, so you hear traffic noise. Neighbors upstairs could be heard and I could smell the dope they were smoking.
Cons: It was drab! It was clean, but needed updating. The restaurant was drab, as was the food.
Pros: Customer service was the finest I have experimced. We arrived about midnight and called for a shuttle from the airport. The shuttle wasn't available so they sent a taxi for us at no cost.
Cons: Could use a better lobby.
Located just 3.4 mi (5.5 km) from the airport, Jorgenson's Inn & Suites offers a free shuttle at scheduled times. Guests can take a dip in the indoor pool or grab a bite to eat at Jorgensons Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A great choice for a stay in Helena, The Carolina Bed & Breakfast is just 3.7 mi (6 km) from the airport. Guests will have free perks like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Flat-screen TVs and bathrobes are offered in all rooms.
A great choice for a stay in Helena, Shilo Inn & Suites - Helena is just 3.9 mi (6.3 km) from the airport. Guests can get a morning swim in at the indoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. A sauna and a steam room are offered, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Just because the hotel is a bit outdated, there is absolutely no excuse for poor workmanship ... Um the lack of general maintenance! I am disappointed in the stay. For the price I had higher expectations.
Cons: First room was used (not cleaned.) The maid never came in to our 2nd room. We had to get tp and towels from the front desk. The layout of the building was very confusing. It looked as if it were haphazard.
Pros: Great staff good location best value in Helena.
Pros: proximity to interstate, and close to shopping and sights
Cons: Smokey. I had read in a previous review that there was popcorn on a stairwell throughout someone's entire stay. That popcorn is still there.
Check out is at 11 the housekeeper started knocking on doors at 9 am to 'clean' the room. There is no signs to do not disturb that I could not leave my room and not worry about someone being in my room and going thru my things, we will not be back to this motel, plus updates are needed badly seems as you are taking a trip into the 60's where nothing has changed since then
Pros: The front desk attendant was great that was the only good point of this stay The room was not up to clean standards , the floor was not vacuumed the sheets and over blankets are not changed, there are so many drunk ppl that we around felt unsafe.
Cons: The cleaning crew are two pre release looking males who were cussing in my 6 year old presence and talking about MILF 's and how nasty they are.we were on 3rd floor and did not sleep we heared everything the min u fall asleep someone would bang on wall
It was easy to find. I don't plan on ever returning.
Pros: It was very quiet and the staff were very friendly. The kids had fun in the pool.
Cons: It was old and not very clean. The breakfast was gross.
Cons: I did not appreciate the banging on my door at 3am.
The hotel was fine for the price and location. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either.
Pros: Great price, great location, nice pool area, tasty breakfast...
Cons: Two of our four lamps didn't work, a couple of them had cracked, gross-looking shades; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
Found that changes with our Priceline reservations were difficult or impossible to make.
Pros: The staff did a fine job of accomodating us.
Cons: Unfortunately, Priceline did not provide the best price. I mistakenly booked the room of two persons rather than for four persons. The motel charged us for an additional two persons ($20/night more). I am sore about this. May not us Priceline again.

Check email from the comfort of your guest room with complimentary wireless Internet access and 32-inch flat-screen TV. Suites, smoke-free and handicapped-accessible rooms are also available. Pets are welcome at this lodging.
Cons: Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. motel was empty but for whatever reason I had to have a room facing the highway. shower and sink had nearly no water pressure. It was awful. Will never stay there again.
Motel 6 Helena is conveniently located near shopping and dining. Visit Hauser Lake, the State Capital, Cathedral of St. Helena, or Gates of the Mountain. Relax in our outdoor heated pool and enjoy WiFi available in all guest rooms for $2.99 per 24 hours.
Cons: Bathroom is way outdated and has some ugly around the tub/shower.
Hallways and foyer of motel are dumpy.
The stopper in the tub would not stay up. The tub kept filling up with water during my shower.
Parking lot is a dump.
One of the entrance doors had broken glass that looked like it was going to fall out at anytime.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Room not ready at check in time
Pros: Woke up to an any infestation. Could not use washroom. No refund, no consideration, will never stay again.
Pros: Location and staff
All of the staff were very helpful, and polite.
Cons: Carpet in the room was very worn and need to be replaced.
An outside door is damaged and the lock has been removed. this is an eye sore but more importantly a safety issue.
Pros: Great free breakfast. Bed seemed new an comfortable. Always work about that in "value" hotels. Good recently new carpet.
Good basic wifi.
Cons: Bathroom needs updating, especially linoleum floor. Sink faucet splashed you the way it was mounted and if turned on too open. Hot cold was all opposite. Felt like jet pilot not nowing to push up down left and right or do the opposite.
Phone worked, but no buttons except keypad. No problem, just looked weird.
Cons: the breakfast was not available during breakfast hours and ran out of food.
Pros: Best feature was location near the airport. Good value for the money.
Cons: Side door was obviously unlocked--I could see the hole where the lock used to be. Anybody could walk in at any time.
Cons: ***Bed slides on its frame exposing three metal brackets (measuring approximately six inches) that are hidden by the comforter. I tripped on one of the brackets when I got out of the bed to get something out of my suitcase. I fell forward, careening to the desk, badly bruising the top of my foot. The mattress should be FIRMLY anchored to the bedframe.
***Ceiling badly cracked above shower. Pieces ready to fall on somebody while they are showering.
***Carpets need to be shampooed
Pros: Nice quiet room. Clean. No smoke smell. Staff was very friendly and happy to be there. All amenities were great.
Cons: Staff was very rude. We went there for one reason and they changed this feature with in 2 months and we did not know. If I would not have made a reservation we would have left and paid a bit more for a motel with a pool. Will not go back.
Pros: The staff were very approachable and helpful!
