I didn't like anything
The hotel was new, clean, modern, and close to the highway for easy assessibility and movement in and out of the area. The breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful. This hotel is exactly as the name states: Business Hotel, free parking, clean, small efficient rooms, nice breakfast, great location to get in and out of the area whether traveling north or south in a lovely beach town. Although we were a couple not traveling for business the location was perfect for our needs to travel and see family both north and south along to coast for 2 nights and avoid the traffic in Tel Aviv. My only concern was the small bathroom. It was modern and clean but narrow. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom but not strong enough to dry longer hair and no outlet to use my own dryer. This was problematic because there also wasn't an outlet near a mirror.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was tuna salad at breakfast. I disliked everything else, rooms are dirty, its old, and its dirty everywhere. If you was I can send you pictures of the room, how they really look like.
use of the gym & proximity to beach
not much except for breakfast in a few words a 3 stars hotle for the price of 7 stars
Pool clean food good. Staff helpful and polite. Did not like loud jazz music being played over breakfast. asked to turn it down and they did. Not necessary to have music on then. First room not particularly nice, small, dark but when asked to be moved was offered 3 fabulous room with seaview, enormous so we changed no extra cost involved. Told them they should have given us one of those to start with.
There was a very comfortable lounge area with a pianoist in the evenings. The food was very good but one could just sit there and relax.
Allowed us an early check-in. This is not a 4-star hotel, but just 2 stars max! Poor quality rooms (picture is not matching!! be aware!), mini bar with a half empty can of Coke, no bars/room service after 10pm, very poor sunbeds and pool is already closed at 7pm (pool bar already at 5pm). Please find something else!!
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool area good. Disgraceful, small bedroom described as "superior". Daily cleaning inadequate. TV didnt function. Pool area food was of poor quality.Dining room tables and chairs not properly cleaned. Complaints ignored by hotel management
the breakfast was great yes, the cleanness of the rooms.
Excellent beach, but everybody can use it, good darden, big trees, nice atmosfere. Good breakfast but the same everyday, I like potato, cabages- but never serve on breakfast. ery tasty bread Bad service in the room- dirty on the shelfs and floor (in the corner)!!! in the best and the most expencive room (592 USD per night) I never see before such kind of bad cleaning. We ordered room service- one time it was excellent (warm sandveges, extra big portion of salad). Another time very bad with cold sandviges and small portions.
Pool area Room was only sparsely furnished and in general the hotel needs to be renovated immediately
The hotel is quite good in all respects, but also rather expensive The facilities close too early. Maybe it was because of shabbath (I came on Friday) but why not keep them open for foreigners?
Close to beach and outdoor pool, excellent sea view and a good indoor pool and gym Intermitent service levels.Sometimes good and other times non existent
No parking !! Far from entry and paid at privet parking company At smal discount !
the hotel is in a great location and aimed at discerning travellers without children...the quiet is refreshing
everything is top quality and very freindly staff and excellent service...
No children nor smokers nor orthodox religious crowds. Perfect meals. Nice spa area. Very nice "Zen" style of the rooms internet charges too high whilst quality of connection poor. Accommodation rate during the low season could be lower, too
They were helpful espec as bookings.com had not sent the booking through
You completely mishandled my reservation and made it in an adjacent Daniel hotel. Learn to do bookings. This one you did not do well at all as your confirmation was disqualified by the hotel staff upon our arrival (Dror). It took 2 hours and lots of arguments to solve the reservation problem.
Sea view, unlimited towers quantity (quite rare in other hotels). The rest is standard and similar to other hotels. Hotel is old. Some staff should be repaired long time ago and it is visible and left bad feeling, due to cost of the hotel is quite high and you do not expect to see:
ambiance,service,in my case location
Room was very modern, large & very clean. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and in a lovely setting.
travelling around and the accessability
Comfort, room, surroundings, beakfast, value for money. Personnel at reception - difficulty to pay in euro, and to put the invoice on company name.
Excellent selection of breakfast items. Nice view. My reservation through booking.com was actually not registered with the hotel - the staff at check in was kind enough to allow me to use their computer to show I have a reservation, but the feeling was not very nice. Cracks in the bathroom tiles.
it was closed to the airport. the room was nice no comment
Very spacious rooms and on a goofd location to easily access the highway as well as Tel Aviv city centre
My room and bathroom was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The staff could do with some "charm lessons", they are efficient but quite abrupt!
We have booked a room in the 4 star part of the hotel, but we did get a suite in the 5 star part against our booking for the same price. The area of the suite was ca 60 m2, modern furnished and clean. The breakfast was good, there is a sport centre nearby. The location is close to the airport (15 min), and not so busy during the rush hours. Generally no bad experiences, can be problematic just without a car.
Food was excellent and room was comfortable. Communication in English was somewaht strained. Very nice hotel and will use your services again. Did not inform me of some options in a timely manner. Like staying over an additional half day.
Enjoyed the pool in the summer months and the use of the exercise gym and jacuzzi. Liked having a refrig and micro in kitchen. Convenient transportation to Tel Aviv and use of Internet. the fabric of the couch was not clean.
The unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff, the poor quality of the internet service, the poor quality of the air conditioning, the fact they tried to swindle me for more money, the horrid quality of the breakfast.
Clean, good breakfast buffet, parking available for rental car.
Nothing. Front Desk and Security Guard, Useless. Didn't help my client in a bad situation with a crazy cab driver. They just stood there and didn't say anything. I was very disappointed with the lack of service here.
Good quality of breakfast buffet. At my check-out, they tried to trick me adding 20 usd per day to the previously agreed rate; the room was not clean enough; no soap/shampoo available in the bathroom, strange even for a lower than a 4-star grade hotel.
It was very quiet although full and the Canada Lounge was useful especially with refreshments. Car parking good price No
Location: easy excess to central sites; Comfort room Service to Airconditioner that leaked and was wetting the carpet
the location of the hotel was good for us as it was near our chilidren and grandchildren. the hotel was clean and the food ample. the workers in the dining room were very nice. the security in the garage after 9pm was excellent. at times the clerks behind the front desk were a little hard to understand, although the woman in the office was excellent.
Although not in Tel Aviv proper, this hotel is conveniently located in the center of Ramat Gan. There is a good mix of residential areas and shopping and dining options nearby, and the beaches are only about 3 miles away. The hotel breakfast is buffet style with large selections, and the pool on the roof and gym on the top floor are quite nice. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, no stovetop) which was handy. WiFi was free and fast, though it broke for a few hours during my stay. Efficient and quiet ac. Bed and sofabed were comfortable. Clean. Parking lot is pretty abundant and spacious, except from 9pm to 6am everyday and on Saturday where the gate is locked and you may have to wait a long time for someone to open it.
The hotel offers basic no frills family/student type accommodation in a sparse room. It is reasonably clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful and the buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful. It is situated next door to a large water park which would appeal to families with small children. The beach is accessible by car, but beware the dirt road as our car got stuck in the sand, I would look for an alternative road to the beach next time The hotel is a bit inaccessible if you dont have a car, the bus stop is a bit of a walk away
The breakfasts were superb and the clean up in room efficient. When we received a phone call the caller was told we were not registered at hotel. We were given 3 different times for the breakfasts. AYou should coordinate better.
Water park. Proximity to beach.
Quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful flowers and trees all over. A great breakfast included with thew room. Lunch and dinner were too expensive and the warming trays were not heated so the meals were not hot but only warm. Also the walk to the bus was too long and they should have a shuttle bus for the patrons to take to the bus.
I used to be a volunteer on this Kibbutz so for me I enjoyed the memories. The gardens are very well kept and the Kibbutz is quite pretty. The breakfast was only of average standard for an Israeli breakfast.
The breakfast and the coffee shop were good. Comfortable bed. Room needs renovation and we found a live cockroach in the room Bathroom very basic and needs upgrading. See Above
I liked the Receptionists, they were helpful and understanding. Also it was nice that there was the opportunity to go to the waterpark for free, although I didn't really use it. I didn't like the fact that the beach wasn't that close, in fact it was far enough to get sunburned on the way to it. Also according the information online, this hotel is not far from Herzliya, which is true, but taxi costs a fortune to the place.
