Wonderful
Jeff, May 2021 - Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter/CBD
Pros (+) Felt the hotel was sanitized with care
Cons (-) The breakfast in a box was better than no breakfast. But I miss the pre-covid Garden Inn Breakfast

Wonderful
Dr. Joseph, Dec 2020 - Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center
Pros (+) The decor was beautiful. The rooms were clean, sanitized, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everything was well maintained. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. Garage parking connected to the hotel was a plus. Location is across the street from the National WWII Museum so it was very convenient for our intended destination.
Cons (-) We can't think of anything else. It would be nice to revisit the hotel when COVID restrictions are lifted since dining facilities were very limited and the rooftop bar had a very limited menu that was not suited to someone with special diets, like us. So we could not eat in the hotel.

Poor
Anonymous, Jul 2018 - Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center
Cons (-) No hot water. No parking. Jacuzzi not working and had cold water. Pool was a bit cloudy. Customer service was poor. Wouldn’t recommend. Will not be staying there again.

Pros (+) Location to city attractions is great! Awesome accessibility to interstate system for entering/leaving the city to visit other attractions!

Wonderful
Anonymous, Dec 2017 - Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center
Pros (+) Nice space, friendly staff. Short drive (or $7 Uber!) to French quarter.
Cons (-) Be prepared to pay for parking. There are garages everywhere, but hotel parking is valet only and $44 a day. It’s very convenient, and our car was always ready quickly, but it was not an expense we had budgeted for.

Very good
Anonymous, Aug 2016 - Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center
Pros (+) Nice lobby, friendly staff, clean room, requires a key to get into the lobby at night. Easy checkout.
Cons (-) Vallet appeared to be the only parking option and it was $44 which was about half the price of the room. I hate hidden fees at hotels. The blanket on the bed was too warm for how the air conditioner cooled.
