Room amenities could’ve been better, shower gel rather than bar soap, actual coffee rather than decaf and black tea, the ice machine on level 2 didn’t work.

Pros (+) Good location
Cons (-) Ac didn’t work despite calls to maintenance, gym had only a couple of working pieces of equipment

Anonymous, Sep 2019 - Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta-Buckhead
Pros (+) Location had restaurants within walking distance.
Cons (-) Had to valet my car? Atlanta is not NYC or Chicago, room for free parking should have been planned. Had to move my room due to noise from alley and not being able to sleep. No pool. AC in first room was almost too loud to sleep. The safe worked in neither room. Door in second room would not open or close smoothly.

Anonymous, Nov 2018 - Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Midtown
Pros (+) Arrived early and my room was not ready. No problem. They said they would call or text me. They did not. They gave my room away, even though I tried to check in. Had to go to another hotel. Had to find my own way there.
Cons (-) They do not follow through on what they said they would do. It was a massive pain.
