8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely house and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean room with good beds. Lovely big bathroom and with good toiletries. We will love to come back
Cons: We were there in a heat wave and we lacked an air conditioning. Missed a bench in an otherwise well-equipped bathroom
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The room was very comfortable, clean and cosy. The family Büchele was very welcoming helping us with everything we needed. We were upgraded to a bigger room/apartment free of charge which was great especially due to the bad weather. Would recommend several days in the valley and enjoying the outdoor activities in the beautiful mountains.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Omelette bar was legit. Breakfast in general was fantastic. Door man from Portugal was very friendly and extremely helpful. A la carte restaurant was very tasty and while expensive was absolutely worth the money. Staff also went off menu to accommodate allergies.
Cons: Wifi was slow/unreliable. The young woman that checked us in was a little abrupt when answering our questions, but all other staff were excellent. We had the buffet dinner the second night and had requested an allergen not be added to the food, unfortunately it appears it was added despite our direction and my wife spent the night very ill.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very large suite with open fireplace. Nice large balcony. Good spa. Food good.
Cons: Staff not too friendly or helpful. Bad wifi in room. Smelly bathroom. Had to pay for parking.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was incredibly friendly and caring. Room spacious and well laid out. Food was excellent, service very attentive. Wellness and Spa left nothing to wish for.
Cons: Nothing, everything was absolutely awesome!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is an excellent hotel, the staff, the room, the food the facilities were perfect, very recommended, I’m planing to come with all the family in the summer
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The most I like about the hotel is that there is a nearby ski equipment rental store and a nearby by ski lift. And another one walking around 5 mns.
Cons: 1- they offers 2 pillows on each Bed on was was too small and hard the other was too big and very soft. I had asked the staff to change them but unfortunately they only have those 2 types, so if you think of visiting the hotel make sure u get ur own pillows for a comfort stay 2- the Mattress wast hard and not comfortable at all. 3- my friend had a fever and headache we had asked for pain killer or similar they don’t had as a 5 star hotel they should have a doctor on call 4- the room AC was controled at 21c and I’ve Also requested them to minimize to 18 they said they did But they didn’t 5-on my last day I’ve asked if I can extend my stay for 1 more hour it wasn’t accepted. 6- the mini bar didn’t had chocolate or any snacks only drinks
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice design, great rooms, one of my favorite hotels design wise that I have stayed in. The metal work that was done around the Hotel was amazing...
Cons: However, there was a few things that I didn’t like. The Hotub was not hot, it was warm at best which sucked because you had to walk back inside and you were cold when you got out... The main restaurant had a very limited selection for dinner and the meals were too “fancy” and not enough substance, seems like they were trying too hard. After a day of skiing or hiking people want a decent meal, none of this small plate stuff. Desert selection was terrible, 3 dishes, none of which were that interesting... The shower in the room, I don’t know which interior designer came up with the idea of no door on the shower but they should be shot....yes it looks clean but it’s really annoying because the entire floor gets wet throughout the whole bathroom.....classic case of form over function.....it’s a shower, put a door on it....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility and very friendly staff. Great location to the slopes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful 2-week stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, big and comfortable, with all the most up to date technical conveniences and a wonderful view of the valley. Breakfast was delicious: an incredible variety of healthy and local food and drinks; the two restaurants in the hotel serve excellent food and there's also a Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. The bar has a great assortment of drinks, including local specialities. The area is breathtakingly beautiful ! All the staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A true 5 star experience that starts as soon as you’re in the front door! Staff were very helpful & friendly. Puria Spa was amazing. Views were stunning. Interior design is interesting & classy. All round - fantastic. Thank you.
Cons: This isn’t a negative but rather an insider tip - test the bed & pillow as soon as you check- in & ask the staff to adjust them accordingly (a service they offer). By the time I fell into bed at 11.30 I was too tired to change anything and found the bed & pillow a little uncomfortable. Again, the staff are more than willing to fix this for you, I was just too tired to call. My mistake.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfection in every detail, it's a truly 5* hotel in it's best. Exceptional staff! Both restaurants are really good too, Carnozet and specially Kilian Stuba, we were speechless.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Family run and great personal hospitality. Fresh and modern decor with traditional theme. Wonderful SPA area and meals.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food (breakfast - heaps of choice, dinner - superb 6-course meal). Comfort and wellness facilities all excellent. Super staff, always cheerful, discrete and very helpful. The dining room was a little noisy, not helped by there being a handful of children and a couple of babies; not something that the staff could do much about though. Overall a wonderful stay - happy to recommend.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean rooms,Cute Hotel with nice design...
Cons: Staff .... Breakfast and dinner for for Stars hotel was not special... but tasty and fresh..
6.8 Good
Pros: location, services, spa, flexibility
Cons: no frigo in the rooms :-( - difficult speaking english at the reception - no transportation luggage service
5.5 Okay
Pros: Restaurant staff were excellent.
Cons: Firstly, this hotel came up under st. Anton, which it definitely is not. We ended up stranded at the train station and had to pay 350€ to take a taxi to Hershegg. Took 2.5 hours to get to hotel in taxi. House keeping was usually only half completed, we were often missing towels, or toilet paper, or something. Front desk staff was helpful and kind 90 percent of the time, but we did have one negative experience which tainted or view of the entire stay. Hot tub was not hot at all. Sauna was not hot either. I’m used to having a coffee machine in the room, which was not available here. Also, coffee is not available until 7:00am. Not a big deal for some, but we’re up early. And wow was this expensive. Definitely over priced!
