Pros: Facilities were clean and well maintained.
Cons: Beds seemed small.
Cons: Out dated could use new up to date
Pros: So-so facilities in a so-so town, but over-priced.
Cons: WiFi content was censored. I don't think Best Western ought to be in the business of deciding what their customers should have access to.
Pros: Free breakfast coupons for the next door restaurant put this stay over the top!
Pros: the room was clean and very nice it was kinda neat that it opened to the court yard
Pros: very friendly staff .I love the hotels that you can pull right up to your room.Make it so much faster and easier handling the luggage.Breakfast at the Perkins restaurant next door was included.
Cons: Had a little problem with material falling on my car from their damaged roof at check in.
Pros: Breakfast at Perkins
Cons: A little loud at times close to parking lot
Pros: The staff was awesome, the breakfast offered at Perkins was an awesome change from a normal continental breakfast, pool and gaming area was really sweet. My son enjoyed that.
Cons: The beds were abnormally uncomfortable. You went right to the box spring and could feel the springs of the mattress. Maybe I just got a bad one, who knows. Room had a weird smell to it too.
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room.
Pros: Friendly staff and quick service
Pros: Very clean, roomy, and I loved the super clean remotes
Pros: Room was updated and nice
Cons: Hotel was unlocked at all times to the public with no security. The game room was not maintained, most games didn't work or were missing vital parts to play. We lost several dollarsand my kids were extremely disappointed. Outside entrances to most rooms

Pros: Staff did what they could for guests during power outage do to Blizard Conditions.
Pros: More breakfast options would be nice
Cons: More cereal selection
Pros: The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was great. The rooms were mostly clean and comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible and in a very convenient location.
Cons: The pillows were kind of lumpy. Also, there were some spots that could have been a bit cleaner. The edges of the carpet and the very top of the shower (like where it meets the wall) - granted, this area would be difficult to reach/see unless the housekeeping staff was tall.
Cons: There was only a standup shower in the bathroom
Pros: When we were checking in we were greeted with the news that they were hosting a calf fry supper (free will offering) in the breakfast room, with the trimmings. We were delighted and they were wonderful. We retired to the small lounge they had there to enjoy our bounty. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. We had a great time. This was our first stay there, and I'll admit not our first choice, as we were traveling to Russell, but had to go through Great Bend instead of Hays. It was Fort Hays graduation so things were fully booked and up priced for the event. We were so glad we were forced into the detour. We had a great time.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Poor maintenance. Was locked out of the room for two hour due to a faulty lock. They did not offer a new room until the broken lock fell apart after the repair. The deadbolt never worked. Staff was friendly one day and not the next.
Pros: Good value, smelled clean, comfy beds
Cons: No iron in the room, no fruit or yogurt options at break
Pros: Staff was friendly. Very clean. Nice hotel.
Cons: It was quite a ways away from the location where we needed to be. The breakfast didn't have a very good variety. The beds were very uncomfortable.
Pros: Check in and out was fast and easy.
Cons: Poor selection for breakfast. The toilet needed to be scrubbed.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The fact that it is the only hotel I have ever stayed at in my life that I had to pay for the whole stay upon check IN. It even advertises FREE cancellation but apparently this does not apply once you check in. The next morning of our 4-day stay I stated that I would need to switch credit cards for my room to put it on a business account and at first was told, “we cannot do that, your room has already been charged...”. I said that normally you RESERVE a room with a credit card but pay upon check out. She informed me that is not the case. I told her that she can reimburse the first credit card and charge the second and again she said she could not do this. Then just as I raised my eyes and was about to give her an ear full, she said that I would have to take it up with the manager. I said that I would very much like to speak to the manager. She told me the manager doesn’t come in until 9pm. It was about 9:30pm and I met with the manager. Was getting a simirliar speech about charging in check in is very standard now (which we have stayed in two other hotels in the previous two weeks and that is not the case) and that she can reimburse but the funds will not be credited to my account until check OUT. I said that would be fine. One week later this has not happened yet. I will be calling back to the hotel on Monday to check the status. Not happy!
Pros: Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable

Pros: The entrance door had black mold on the inside. The wall next to the bed has splatters of an unknown substance. The light fixture in the bathroom didn't have a cover. The bed liner looked dirty and there wasn't an iron or board. We didn't stay our 4 nights, only one and we didn't stay fir breakfast. Extremely dissatisfied. The ONLY good thing was that we only spent $50 for the one night.
Cons: Read above answer.
Pros: Value was great
Pros: I like being able to be left alone and not bugged.
Cons: The bed was a little stiff.
Pros: No breakfast.
Cons: No complaints. Good value for weary traveler.
Pros: Clean and roomy and comfortable
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants. Also close to a park just a few blocks north if you’re a walker or have kids. Frig seemed bigger than the usual mini frig.
Cons: A little ragged around the edges in my room but it is an older property.
Pros: Top reason is the price, and every other reason is the price. It exceeded my expectations.
Cons: First room on west side the door would not lock and for whatever reason the carpet was damp. However they moved us to the east side to a much nicer room for the same price. No questions and no hesitation.
Pros: Room smelled like dirty feet. The tv didn’t work. Called front desk and manager with no answer. Will not stay there again.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner and the staff and management could have been better
Pros: It's old but kept clean. There are practically no amenities, but I only needed a place to sleep since I spent all my time in a nearby nursing home with a relative. Free WiFi. Free cable TV.
Cons: The refrigerator froze my canned Cokes and they exploded. No hairdryer was in the room. I went to the office and they gave me a brand new one to use while I was there.
Pros: Nice and clean. Good price.
Pros: They need felt great and the staff were very helpful.

Pros: Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. However the pool was not working so that was a bummer.
Pros: Room was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Air conditioner worked and room didn't stink.
Cons: Hard to get in / out of parking lot when traffic is bad.
Cons: The bed was terrible. Woke up with back aches.
Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Bathroom too small
Cons: Pool was broke would have been nice to know
Pros: comfortable beds. clean room. every room is smoke free.
Cons: no elevator to second floor for heavy luggage. Pool heater was broke. TV did not work in room and told front staff who replied well that happens. Shower had no water pressure. curtain was broke in room.
Pros: Location was the only thing good.
Cons: Way over priced for what I got!! Room was so small we kept tripping over furniture. Shower head was way to high. Husband is 6’ and it was almost a foot over his head. No water pressure. You only had a foot by foot area in bathroom to stand. Sink was out in room because no room in bathroom. Beds were lumpy and so crowded should have been a single bed not 2. The floors were hard and cold. Very stuffy in room. Walls so thin we heard adjacent rooms conversations.
Pros: Very clean and good location
Cons: Picked this location because of indoor pool for kids. Pool clean but heater was broken so no one could swim
Cons: Clock is noisy Bathroom extremely small lamp does not work
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Small room
Pros: you booked it under a bad name
Pros: I liked that there was a fridge, coffee pot and microwave in the room.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the air conditioner/heater in my room was noisy, Volume on tv was hard to control when the unit would come on. The mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. The lighting next to my room was dark and I had a hard time trying to locate how to access the key card for the door.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: They had a room available
Cons: Bed too high and didn't get breakfast
Cons: Mattress very poor.., 2 Kleenex in the box... parking lot full of litter. Refrigerator wouldn’t work...
Pros: Location great, staff (Corky) went out her way to get us on the ground floor, gave us an ice bucket so we wouldn't have to walk all the way back to vending, gave us coffee for the room, checked on us. The desk had a pull out table on wheels so we could move it over to have a table between our chairs to watch tv and have our drinks, etc. Bed and pillows super comfy. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!
Pros: Leaving the place next morning.....
Cons: Shower was for handicap, light in bathroom was burned out, door fell of hinges on cabinet, radio clock made a weird noise all night, cable wasn't hooked up other then that it was just fabulous. (NOT)
Pros: Very friendly great place to just rest for the night, food places is all around so close. Staff also help with finding a lost item very friendly and sweet people.
Cons: Lights switch doesn't work. The lamp lights are the light for the room.
Cons: Pretty minimal. Waffle maker left the waffles just shy of fully cooked.
Pros: The location is great and the room is very comfortable.
Cons: Part of the towels wasn’t clear and had some stains of footsteps on them . But I was too tired to claim for new ones so I used the towel I traveled with
Pros: OK location. overpriced, but often lack of competition leads to overpricing. Breakfast a joke-used my own cereal, coffee, just some of their milk. Hot water in the shower.
Cons: night time noise-neighbors coming and going-wonder what was going on next door ??? stinky smoker room-never put up with one again. bring my own bedding as I distrust nearly all 'economy' lodging bedding.
Pros: The price
Cons: It was not clean
Pros: Location was just what we needed.
Cons: I sent a crew to work in Great Bend. The room they received had a broken bed that sloped in addition to being infested with bed bugs. They requested but were refused clean towels. I am very unhappy with this hotel and feel they owe us a full refund.
Cons: Room was dusty and for a non smoking room it was not. Yellowed walls showed it to have been a smoking room. If you change a room form smoking to non-smoking a paper note on the door doesn't make it one. Was not charged correctly but I did not notice it.

Pros: I did not have my breakfast there. The staff did solve the issues.
Cons: tryed 3 different rooms until we found one with the air conditioning working.
Cons: It was very outdated and the towels were super rough. The breakfast was not very enjoyable as they didn’t have a good selection of items.
Pros: The room was great and the location
Cons: The 'Boss' man could of been a little nicer and more pleasant to deal with
Pros: Money was taken off of my debit card. Since it took so long to go through, I went ahead and paid cash. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back. I am owed around $71.00 because somebody cant get their act together.
Cons: My refund!
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked and the temperature was good.
Cons: The motel needs a complete facelift. It's obvious that this place isn't the owners's priority.
Cons: The water in my first room was not working for me to shower so I had to get moved to another room, it was not good beings that I was trying to rest from a log day
Pros: The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The motel needs to be updated throughout.
Cons: Tv volume couldn't be changed. Clock didn't work. A weird smell, possibly from the smoking rooms.
Pros: Like the pillows
Cons: Staff was not friendly. Had bugs bathroom falling apart
Cons: A/C unit had a broken button. Hard to adjust temp
Pros: Didn’t eat breakfast. Location has nothing to see. Didn’t appreciate having to leave the property for several hours before the room was cool enough to tolerate the heat. Hated the shower but just too used to the comforts of home. The idea of being told not to make up the beds so you could determine whether or not the sheets should be changed was rather unappealing. We don’t travel much but would have expected better. SORRY!I
Cons: I’ve already said it all & I guess there wasn’t much of anything I did like except for the price, it’s doubtful I will book there again.
Pros: bed was really comfortable, whole place wwas clean from lobby to the rooms
Cons: Decor looked out dated inside lobby and hallways. your first impression when you walk in is "what did I get my self into" Rooms were fine though.
