Pros:
Car was very clean and they were able to accommodate my last-minute change in pick-up date.Cons:
Their on-site office at the Holyhead ferry port, with very clearly posted opening-closing hours, apparently means nothing as they only are open when they expect a customer arriving to get a vehicle. If that is the case then that is fine, but the stated business hours they are open MUST be modified to reflect that fact. I added one day to my rental and also purchased the pre-pay fuel, so I knew my final bill would be about GBP 90 more than I was originally quoted. It has ended up being nearly GBP 200 more than originally quoted and I have no idea why. Will be contacting Hertz about this but this unexpected increase is not good.Europcar
