Everything from the staff to the hotel itself are good.
All is good. The only thing that i guess i didnt like was that there is no near conventient store.
Much better than my expectation. Warm and cozi place. I have extended my holiday for 1 more week.
The room is large for HK (which is famous for its abysmal housing and accommodation quality and standards) and for a hostel/dorm.
Staff are completely non-responsive to issues. I had a total psycho roommate in the dorm room I stayed, pouring liquids on my stuff and all kinds of crazy things while I wasn't there, and their response was, with a smile of amusement, like they were entertained, that they can't know who did what and whose story is accurate etc. I've stayed at the property 3-4 times just over past few months, mainly because the size of room for a hostel/dorm, but downsides are too many - just not worth it. You're stuck in middle of nowhere with absolutely nothing, no 7-11, just their horrible restaurant with even worse staff - it's obvious they arranged it this way as their cash cow. Unless you arrive majorly stocked up with supplies and food, good luck to you because there's absolutely nothing there - you need to take cabs or buses many km away to hit the first convenience store.
It is the best hotel I have ever living in. The price is so cool.
It is hard to find the shuttle bus stop at the mature station. And without the shuttle bus, it’s really hard to get there.
I like that there's a lift for guests, the bed is comfortable, I was given towel and they accept my personal reason for late check in.
The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. Location not in city centre but it was my choice for this visit. Not including breakfast.
