Very little and uncomfy especially when you have a wheelchair child who needs comfy to move around and be happy of its surrounding. Wish it was bigger inside they rooms..other than that it was excellent and nice to stay at...
Great ameneties including free dvd rentals, beach towel hire, and shuttle to the shopping center.
Just free dvd n gane rental n comp breakfast
Room was very dusty. Bed sheets were old n gross feeling.
The front desk staff was very friendly at check-in. They gave a great welcome & explained hotel features. Check-out was quick & easy
The room was very small & cramped. It looked nothing like the photos on the website. The elevator was slow, several gave up & took the stairs. There was a tiny window unit that did not work & it was stifling hot. I opened the window Louvers & the street noise was ridiculous, cars honking, people partying & yelling most of the night. I found ear plugs but could still hear the noise. Was not a pleasant night & got very little sleep. I would not stay here again. The bathtub tile was stained & dirty.
Room was clean, perks like free dvd rental, and free shuttle to the mall was nice to discover.
Bathroom needs to be updated. Black stains on tiles joints.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for what we wanted. Not very big but perfectly suited for my girlfriend and I who are active and like to be out exploring. Everything is very close and the view was lovely.
The room was nothing like in the pictures. No lanai. Door lock didn't open half the time.
Beds were SUPER soft and comfy, but the size was really strange. This is weird, but the free soaps/shampoos were really nice! I might just be a sucker for papaya scents but they were actually really good quality.
Beds were abnormally sized. I'm 5'6" and my feet hung off the end a few inches (even without a pillow at my head). And they were super narrow! I've lived in the tiniest hostel and college dorm sized beds, but these were pretty bad. Also, internet was not free and there was no wifi. Technically, we could sit in the lobby and try and pick up a signal (like 20 other fools lounging in plastic beach chairs), or rent an ethernet cord from the front desk and get wired internet. Except my computers pretty new and doesn't even have an ethernet port on it. So we trekked to the nearest Starbucks instead.
I was very pleased with the hotel. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, stores and transportation. It was off the main road so not as crowded on the sidewalks. My balcony had a lovely view. Staff was super pleasant and helpful when asked.
Would love some eggs for breakfast - I ate too many pancakes.
Excellente location and a confortable bed.
The breakfast offerd is very simple.
Excelent value for money, great location (2 minute walk from waikiki sand). Breakfast included (not a luxury, but didn't expect one) and big enough room. Friendly staff.
Had no record of our reservation, but were able to grant us the "booking.com" rate (showed them print copy) since they had rooms available. I'm sure there is a better way to control breakfast entries rather than that ongoing "may i see your (r)loom key please?" in a quite loud tone from the panqueques table (screams at everyone, doesn't matter if you look like gandhi). A few more tables for breakfast would be welcomed, too crowded in such a small time window.
Central position and convenience to Waikiki Beach
Staff could be more friendly & welcoming. Really poor breakfast
Very good hotel for the price
Nothing , it is the tiwn with all the buildings and shops that I find horrible
The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel as in a nice area and there are lots 'n' lots of restaurants nearby. Thw beach is about 2 blocks away.
The room was very comfortable, well equiped and clean, also the location was a bit noisy due to the super market deliveries as early as 6AM in the morning.
Breakfast was too minimal, no milk or jam was provided and no cold cereals. The staff at the front desk was not well informed about the opening of museums and how to use the bus system and we received wrong information which cost us several hours of wasted time more then once. I would recommend the hotel but with caution about receiving correct information and the noise level early in the morning.
It was reasonable and close to the Waikiki beach. Our room was clean, but small so no chair.
We arrived ar 11 o`clock at night after nearly 30 hours travel, and met with no order on our name. We had your confirmation with us but was treated as bad as never before. If it had not been so late we would have walked out. At last we got a room.Breakfast was bad.
Staff cared about us and kept the room spotless.
TV in room was not clear
Free coffee in thr room but not coffee pot.
