Cons (-) Staff were rude and very unprofessional. The room was extremely small and The bathroom was the size of an airline bathroom. There was mold in the shower. For the price I paid I would of expected more! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Cons (-) Parking situation is horrendous. Very limited parking in a very poor parking garage. We cleared their guidelines only to scrap the roof of our rental car on the third floor. Couldn’t find parking on three evenings. Hotel charged us $35 a night and didn’t mention the $25 dollar a night public parking less than one block away.

Cons (-) I didn't like that I wasn't aware of the security deposit while reserving my room. Caused an issue with the payment but was able to still stay for a night. Front desk staff was amazing however housekeeper was not polite.
Pros (+) I've been to Maile Sky Court before years ago & I must say that the rooms have definitely changed a lot! My boyfriend and I had no complaints. Inviting, comfortable, clean & beautiful. We know that the place is still undergoing some renovations and although we were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed we understand. We would definitely recommend Maile Sky Court to our friends and family!

Also, parking isn't included in the nightly price - it's an extra $26 per night, and because of the construction you aren't guaranteed a spot. If you can't park there, tell the front desk and they'll refund that night's parking fee, but it's still a pain.
