We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency. Service was great, and our room (with a view) was fabulous. We only had one issue, where another person had been given the key to our room. He walked in, after using the keycard, while we were sleeping. I immediately woke up and he left. Thankfully, he wasn't a serial killer.

Location right on beach was awesome. Pool was too small for number of guests in hotel. Parking garage was nightmare....single lane access...traffic both ways up 9 stories.

Pros (+) The staff was super friendly and very helpful! We forgot to bring a stroller and they were able to loan us a stroller during our stay. There was something wrong with our room, but they managed to fix it right away. Had such an amazing stay would definitely recommend!
Cons (-) Something that was a bit confusing was how to order room service. We managed to bring food from Swim that was To-Go so that was the route we took instead of room service.

Cons (-) Room was dirty , building infrastructure in dire need of serious renovations . Poor TV connectivity. Poor food choices for such a large resort. No longer worthy of the Hyatt brand & reputation

Pros (+) Great value. Booked after Airbnb didn’t work out and it really was a vacation saver. Nice rooms, great beach across the street, helpful staff, plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants nearby. Amazing gym too.
