Pros. As a local resident, they dropped the resort fee for me and gave me a discount for park. Much mahalo. We stayed from time to time and the people at the front desk all recognized us.
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. I liked how nice they were. Literally they gave us a hospitality room to rest before our flight free of Charge. The bartenders and staff were super nice
Cons. The fact that we had to leave and didn't see more of hawaii
Pros. Design, size of property, warmth and professionalism of staff. Value is great and since I live on another Hawaiian island, I liked the location, a somewhat quiet area of Waikiki but very close to the action. Great for LGBT travellers as well. You are far enough from the madding crowds and most of the guests were warm and friendly.
Cons. Pool needs to be heated and music is too loud. Also, (and I wish this was at every hotel), the shower was a bit complicated and took time to figure out how to properly adjust temperature, etc. Instructions would be helpful. Also, I called to find out where the channel guide for the tv was located and Front Desk did not know. Remodel those elevator cabs.....yuck!
Pros. Exceeded expectations in every way possible! Amazing upgrades for my birthday including an incredible pool view and a bottle of champagne! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki!
Pros. The security guard was cool and the maintainance guy was cool.. That's it
Cons. Front desk, the room, and the hidden fees.. Wifi cost 12$ They hold 100$ Practically everything else.
Pros. This place was great for us being the budget travellers. The room was a little out dated but it was clean, spacious and had everything we wanted. I would recommend this hotel!
