The staff was friendly and it was really close to Magic Springs theme park
The shower leaked, there was no bath tub for my young daughter and our television didn't workReally not impressed I wouldn't stay here again
Rowdy bunch of dragsters all around us (were noisy)when there were several empty rooms elsewhere (that we or them could have stayed) so we could have slept better.Excellent! Have stayed there before, and will stay there every time we are in Hot Springs.
The housekeeping staff was VERY courtesy.
The breakfast was poor. Pastries and bagels were still frozen. The waffle batter was 'thinned' to the point of not having any taste at all. The facility was in VERY poor condition with many needed improvements.I would not stay in the motel again. Many motels along Central Ave were vacant, cheaper and looked in better shape.
Friendly staff. Fairly clean setup. Rooms are great. Location is amazing
This was quite expensive for a motel in any location. Ridiculous fees and surcharges on top of the base rate.Overall, its decent. Even though its supply and demand, price should not surpass the $xx barrier. It is not a 3 star hotel, just a motel.
The size of the room was what I expected. The king sized bed, pillows, free internet, location and breakfast were great for families on a budget. The pool is very nice also. It's great to be so close to so many attractions, eating places and stores .
The water pressure was extremely low and the ice machine was far from where my room was located. There was a spider in the shower and spider web under the chair in my room. The entry/exit door was very hard to secure. You had to slam the door twice. For the money it was okay. If you plan to be gone most of the day, it's perfect for the location and the price. The bed sleeps very well and the pool was great. The staff was very pleasant the breakfast was very very good.
The location was good.
There was a gap at the bottom of the door that let bugs into the room. There was a Bhagavad Gita in my nightstand instead of a Bible and the breakfast had no fruit or meat and there was not enough seating. After the hotel added on all their fees and taxes, I found I could have stayed at a higher end hotel for about $10 more. It is closer to the downtown area than some of the nicer hotels near the lake but you give up much for that convenience. There was a gap at the bottom of our door that let bugs into the room including a huge spider that decided to nest under my son's bag. The breakfast was lacking fresh fruit and any meat and the milk was warm. Maybe this was due to the emphasis on Indian spirituality including the many Buddhas posted around the hotel and the Bhagavad Gita in my nightstand instead of a Bible. The public areas looked like the renovations were interrupted and we could hear every time our neighbor showere...
There was alot of road noise. Our room was on the front facing the road.
Good location, nice front desk staff.
Our door had a huge gap at the bottom so we could see lots of light coming in. Also, it was very cold & could here everything our neighbors said. Thin walls!
Was not worth the price paid and the bathroom was just pieced together will never us this service again. Waste of money.Don't stay
