9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was good, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The night manager was excellent. As a Hilton Honors member he was very helpful. Made sure we got the breakfast added for free.
Cons: The taxes seemed very high, 18 plus for a college town. The rate seemed high for the area as well. I had just stayed two weeks in New Orleans for work at a Hilton and it was less expensive than this in Jonesboro Arkansas.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was great. The location is in a very central location and accessible to various places. for the most part, the staff was very professional and warm. We stay at this location every time we visit Jonesboro, ARK.
Cons: We really couldn't get any sleep at all, due to the fact that there was so much noise around us and we were staying in a suite. We haven't ever experienced this before while staying at this location, this was the only drawback on this visit.
7.1 Good
Cons: This hotel is in a dry county.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel was nice
Cons: We didn’t get any sleep we had noises all night until 3-4 a.m that morning and I wasn’t pleased at all. We could hear bumping and the shower/water running from the other room. Just wasn’t satisfied at all.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful! I had myself and 3 girls with me so I needed extra shampoo the guy working the counter could see we all had long hair so gave me 6 extra shampoos! We loved our stay!
Cons: It had been 2 years since I last stayed here and I was extremely disappointed that the hot tub had been taken out of the pool area. I have chronic pain issues so was really looking forward to relaxing in it. I honestly would have chosen another hotel if I had known it wasn’t there anymore.

Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The check-in and check-out times fit our schedule well. The rooms are in great condition and were very clean. The restaurant was delicious and offered a great breakfast. I will certainly stay here again.
Cons: The pillows were too soft for my needs. Next time, I'll bring my own. The bathrooms didnt have an exhaust fan, so clearing the moisture out during a hot shower wasn't possible. These are the only two complaints that I can think of, because our overall experience was excellent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good staffers, clean large comfortable room. Met my special request for the room.
Cons: Had a few issues with the payment system at the front desk.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean and the rooms were nice!
Cons: The lobby had a spot between the two doors that had a leak.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The location was convenient and near restaurants and shopping.
Cons: I booked a non-smoking suite in advance and was called and told by the Manager that I was bumped to a smoking suite, because booking.com overbooked the hotel for the dates of my stay. I was assured that the carpets would be cleaned in the room in advance and that the room would not smell like smoke. However, the room smelled so terrible that we had to go buy air freshening supplies to even be in the suite. Additionally the room was filthy. The bathroom vent was caked with dust, shower head was coming out of the wall, bedroom door had scratched and peeling paint, the carpet and furniture was stained and dirty, there was food splattered on the kitchen area wall. My sister also had a room booked there and her room, while non-smoking, smelled strongly of mold and vomit, to the point that I was gagging when I went into her room. When we reported this to the front desk, the staff response was housekeeping was gone, she could spray some air freshener, and would call her manager. When we returned fron buying air fresheners, the Assistant Manager came to my sister’s room and said she didn’t smell anything, that it smelled like all of their rooms. My sister checked out and asked for a refund which was refused. The Assistant Manager even went so far as to tell my sister that “I am not even supposed to be here right now.” My sister was referred to Holiday Inn Jonesboro, because they had moved her to Candlewood, because booking.com overbooked at Holiday Inn. That staff was equally rude and unhelpful. My sister ended up having to drive to another hotel an hour away that night. While I did not leave, I called the front desk at Candlewood that evening to cancel my second night there, I was assured by the front desk staff that my stay the next night was cancelled. The next morning when I checked out, the person at the front desk (who had been there the day before) said my room could not be cancelled by the hotel as it was booked through booking.com.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Chairs were very uncomfortable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central to almost anything you need......easy access to restaurants, shopping, and ASU..... not a fancy place but a comfortable and clean space...........was very acceptable
Cons: there were really no negatives
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The receptionist was not rude, but she definitely was not as friendly as i have experienced in the past. She almost showed no personality at all. The room was nice but not as clean as it should have been and there were roaches occasionally in the bat
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was very comfortable but in my opinion over priced. Staff was very friendly, they were very accommodating in securing me a separate room as I was very ill upon arrival.
Cons: I thought the rooms were nice but considerably overpriced and to me the pet fee was outrageously inflated approaching on unfair. Also there's no excuse for a facility of this caliber.....not to mention cost.......not to offer continental breakfast.., or to have a pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: N/A
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: No ice. No drinks in the store that we’re not caffeine, or diet. Had to drive to a gas station just for a bottled water.
7.1 Good
Pros: The tv controls was very easy to work unlike most hotels and the fact we have all utensils as far as cooking something to eat if ever needed.
Cons: I had a really small brown spot on my comforter and one of my pillows but I was tired and didn’t feel like raising hell trying to wait for another set so I just removed both items from the bed, oh there was old cheetos crumbs stuck in the crack of the recliner .
8.3 Excellent

10.0 Excellent

Almost a week later the money has not been put back on my card. I called and was told the same thing. It will 7-10 business days to go back on my card. It sure didn’t take that long to get their money off my card. Have stayed here often when I work in the area. If this is handled correctly and soon, I won’t be back.
6.7 Good
Pros: The only thing I liked was the price, and now felt that was excessive.
Cons: The room itself was clean enough, however the hotel on the whole looked/felt dirty. The entire place smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. The whole place looks tired. Our room the safety chain was broken. This is probably not the best choice to stay if you are on a family holiday. It is more for those who are stopping for a few hours before moving on. And the hotel staff I dealt with frankly gave the impression that they couldn't be bothered.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The overall cleanliness was bad. Room stunk, breakfast area not very clean, juice machine disgusting.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: I checked in at 6 am and was told it was for the night. Then the lady told me no and charged me again.
Cons: Staff should know the do’s and dont’s of checking in.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Was difficult to find....address was on one street and the place was on another....need bigger signs guiding you to turn on actual st. where it is located......
5.4 Okay
Cons: I was sound asleep, 6:30 am, when some guy came into my room! He claimed they had miscoded his key and he backed out. When I asked about it at the front desk, I was told that the girl on duty made a mistake. The guy claimed he had been locked out of his room so they recoded a key for him based on the room number he said was assigned to him without checking or asking for ID. Didn't the guy know which room was his and that the one he entered was not his? Something shady here. Now that I think about it, I believe he was out to steal, or find a room to sleep in and the girl at the front desk was helping. Beware.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: This hotel was by far the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in. The room had bugs, dirt, dust, hair and so many mosquitos we couldn't sleep comfortably. When we showeredin the morning, the tub was black from us walking on the room carpet. There was blood on the wall. Dirt in the trash cans. The pool area looked like you would catch something if you swam there. To top it all off, there was a huge pile of some sort of food in the microwave. (I hope it was food). The front desk staff acted like they wanted to be anywhere else but at work. Told the manager and just got a "sorry".
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the heated pool
Cons: The room was okay but the beds were very hard The hot tub was out of order, had I not rented through this company I would have went somewhere where there was WORKING hot tub and a bar

Cons: Nothing. Everything was in order. Staff was friendly
4.2 Okay
Pros: Not much.
Cons: So I initially checked in and was given an interior room that was right by the indoor pool. Quiet when I checked in but a family soon started using the pool and it was extremely loud. Next they advertise free wifi but was unable to connect to the internet. In the room there was no wifi showing. So I went to the front desk and had to be moved. Beds are uncomfortable and I woke with a stiff neck. I will find another place to stay in the future.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We loved the room itself. The pool was great and the staff was awesome!!
Cons: The beds really needs to be fixed. They where to old n hard. Also we couldn't get the t.v. to work. Our door did not want to lock from the inside, it looked as if someone tried to break in at one point. Maybe try n get that fixed. Also the breakfast was much of a choice to eat. When I stay in a hotle I make sure it has a breakfast that had a lot to choice from. Didnt. Like what was there and had to to to McDonald's for breakfast. Other than that it was a great place to stay for the cheap price.

Cons: I had to be at work at 5 and breakfast didnt start until 6
