Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many mentioning positive experiences at check-in and throughout their stay. The location in downtown was highlighted as convenient and close to attractions. Cleanliness was another strong point, with several guests describing the rooms and hotel environment as very clean and upscale. However, breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with complaints about lack of variety, quality, and not being complimentary. Some guests also noted issues with noise, parking costs, and room features, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) Room was clean, everything worked, attractive interiors.
Cons (-) More hotels should offer humidifiers to guests. The front desk didn't know what a humidifier was.
