Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Front desk is always really nice and helpful, you just have to let them know if any issues arise and they take care of it. My ac was super loud whenever it came on. I would rather deal with the noise than deal with the heat. I don't like switching rooms once I get comfortable or settled in. There was no need to report it. Other than the loud ac, everything else for me was wonderful!
Pros. I liked the location that it's so close to city centre and i10
Cons. it's not kid friendly hotel, because a/c unit as placed low under the window and had rusted that my 2 years old daughter liked to scratch it off and put in her mouth. The carpet had mold and bedsheet smelled like it's never been replaced.
