Overall, guests were overwhelmingly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about the poor cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning filthy rooms, hallways, and common areas, as well as issues with pests and unpleasant odors. Service was also a major concern, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff, lack of housekeeping, and problems with reservations and refunds. Safety was another significant issue, with several guests feeling unsafe due to the environment, reports of crime, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. While a few reviews noted the location as convenient, the negatives far outweighed any positives, and guests generally felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price.AI-Generated from customer reviews
