The King Suite was comfortable and not too small of a room. Room was clean but since i choose to stay on highest floor to avoid noise, traffic & such, I needed to utilize the elevator. Elevator was terrible & dirty, it felt like it was about to break down & looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. Other than the elevator we had a good stay.
Pros. The employees were friendly.
Cons. They were cockroaches, insects, the bed sheets were dirty. In addition, the fournitures were old and broke. That hotel deserves 1 star.
Pros. Staff
Cons. The room itself... the door wouldn’t open when closed... it was just not my best stay
Cons. Description of hotel says it is "close to airport" A traveler that has never been to houston will not know that there are 2 airports in houston. This hotel was an hour away from my airport... only booked hotel so my 8 yr old son could sleep in a bed for 4 hours during our overnight layover. I just went somewhere else instead (if we went there he would have only been in room for 2 hours). IF YOU ARE FLYING INTO IAH AIRPORT THIS HOTEL IS NOT NEAR THAT AIRPORT.
Pros. This hotel was a dump. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. It's right next to an "adult only" retailer and some of those employees frequent the hotel's customers. There was mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets, no deadbolt, no fire alarm, no handles on the cabinets, cigarette burns everywhere and even a hole punched in the wall. I will give credit to the guy working the desk. He tried his hardest to accommodate and even noted he was a friend just helping out and didn't work there. He didn't know how to do breakfast so we didn't get that even though we paid a little extra for it.
