Pros (+) Nice facility. We didn't use the pool or restaurants. Room and hallway were very clean be staff failed to refill coffee supplies.
Cons (-) There was a convention of teenagers in town and bus loads of teens were everywhere in the hotel. Noise was a problem at night.
Pros (+) We liked cleanliness, nice fixtures, location - we have stayed here before. We did NOT like fact that we booked using Kayak price of $84 (before taxes) but got charged $99 (before taxes) with no explanation. Very noisy crowd of party goers up and down hall bragging about how drunk they were and how much drinker they planned on getting - that did not help.
Pros (+) The pool is big with an indoor and outdoor area. It also had a small infant pool. Fitness and locker rooms were that of a 4 diamond resort. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again.
Cons (-) Most days, house keeping left no water, even though I was on the 8th floor.
