Pros (+) Check-in and check-out worked beautifully. Decor was fresh and tasteful (very West-End!), excellent location. Parking was better than expected. Except for the lamps (see below), everything else in good working order.
Cons (-) Would expect the bed to be made, linens checked for replacement, wastebasket emptied, etc. after the first night. Problem with the bedside lamps (flickering, going off). Snacks okay but would have liked better selection, say energy bars instead of just chips. Mostly just nit-picky stuff except did not like the hidden fee tacked on. Should be revealed along with the room rate before booking.
