Pros. Good location
Cons. The walls are very thin. You can hear peoples conversations in the rooms next to you.
Pros. Inexpensive and close to many sites
Cons. Place has an odor. Need to replace carpets or steam clean.
Pros. Can't beat the location, walking distance to Hyannis center.
Cons. Hotel is dated. Smells of must, chlorine and carpet cleaner, yet isn't that clean. Old and tired looking, needs an overhaul.
Cons. Didn't have a room upon check in....was given a room key and walked in on another family asleep. Eventually given a room that was dirty. Management is a disaster. Never going back to this place ....
Pros. Accommodations
Pros. Room was clean and the place was close to Main Street and the waterfront
Cons. Shower was small the grab bar was in the way unless your skinny and I am not. The girls at the front desk did not know how to explain where the room was. They told me around the other side. I parked around the other side. Then walked in after five minutes to figure out the key card. And went up the stairs down the hall thru the next hallway up another set of stairs and one more small set of stairs and there was my room. Right above the front desk. If your older or have lots of luggage get a Sherpa for your bags or go on a trip to find your room first. The rolling luggage cart will do you no good. Only the front entrance has a ramp.
Pros. I thought the location was convenient. Staff was friendly.
Cons. There was blood stains on the comforter and pillow cases. We checked out early because we didn't feel comfortable
Pros. Was in Hyannis for a wedding, found a great deal online that I couldn't pass up, upon arrival the staff was super friendly, the layout of the rooms are a little odd but oh well. Enjoyed the pool/hot tub which seemed a little dated but everything was great.
Cons. This were a little dated, the pool area... The layout of the hotel was different- could have been easier to find our way to the room but oh well.
