Pros:Location was good and my breakfast was decent.
Cons:The place needs updating. The bed had your feet above your head. The room smelled musty.

Cons:Staff was rude. No hot water in the room, when I spoke to the front desk all they could say was they were sorry. They offered no help.
Cons:Food at restaurant was not good.
Pros:Staff were friendly when approached Maintenance staff repaired a broken doorknob as soon as we reported it.
Cons:- No towels in the room on check-in - Breakfast buffet was poor, had to spit out the potatoes as they were so dry. must have been sitting for hours - The TIP cards on the table are cheesy, and unprofessional - WIFI is a joke, I feel sorry for the staff having to tell customers that it is their computers or software. It isn't it's the hotel's WIFI which works well in the lobby but no-where else. - It's a tired hotel, that needs a major refresh!
Cons:We walked into the 1980s decorated room and saw a layer of dust covering everything...turned a white cloth black as we wiped down counter tops and night stands. Then we saw stains all over the bed spread - we pulled it off only to notice what appeared to be pubic hairs on the sheets. We left and demanded a refund - which two weeks later I still haven't received.

Cons:Breakfast was terrible, somewhat run down, should be priced in the 59 - 79 dollar range and should be listed as a two star
Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good. Although some fruit would have been nice to have too. The room was large and nicely updated.
Cons:A group of people staying at the facility had no consideration for others because they were playing games and being very loud in the hallway. I believe an employee came and told them to be quite because it wasn't long after that they quieted down.
Pros:The location is amazing and the views from the rooms with balconies facing the river are great. The price is fair. Overall, the room was fairly upgraded and nice. We liked that it had a fridge, microwave, and sink.
Cons:Our room (and many others based on grumblings heard around) lacked air conditioning. When we called the front desk the man that came just explained to us how to work an air conditioning unit and after fiddling with it confirmed that yes, indeed, it was broken. He could not fix it though. While I appreciate his mansplaning (it's a thing, look it up) the way the modern marvel of an air conditioning unit works it would have been more helpful if he had fixed it. I would recommend that a hotel that provides 24 hour service have a maintenance person available around the clock. Although, I'm not aware if that is an industry standard.
Pros:I like that the room was big and did have a decent view.
Cons:There are several concerns with this hotel. First, there was not a working thermostat for the room. Instead, you had to operate expand and try to guess the correct speed. Second, I was unimpressed that it was an analog TV. Watching a movie is not an option and the quality of the image was very poor. Third, the overall feel of the Hotel is outdated.
