Pros. The Guys at the front desk were so helpful. The breakfast was great every day and Cindy was always on point with refills and a smile. The hotel is really nicely appointed and we had a great long stay.
Cons. Fitness room is not in service right now. But Manager Mike said that he's getting it fixed!

Cons. The fact that the sheets were chalky still dirty from the last occupants of the room and that they wouldn't come change the sheets for us.

Cons. There were young black adults hanging out in the parking lot with the music blaring. I asked the attendant in the hotel about it and he said that its normal on weekends because of the colleges in the area. I would never have let my wife and kids stay there because of that!
Pros. Though this is definitely a "bare-minimum" hotel in an older building, I could not have been happier with my stay. I was staying in town for a funeral and had to find a place on short notice and, because I was traveling alone, I wanted to stay at a hotel with interior doors to the room. When I arrived I was leery of the old building, but the staff is was incredibly friendly and interacted pleasantly with everyone. There were lots of people there, most of whom seemed to be on short trips. The same two people were at the front the entire time I was there, and when I checked in I was asked why I was traveling. I mentioned that I was in town for a funeral. When I checked out the manager remembered this and asked who I had lost and if I was okay. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, and I would recommend for short stays.
