We ordered room service and our cheeseburgers were amazing.
Valet parking for $34 was mandatory. There was no self parking available.
Very clean and presentable. I loved that the rooms were not carpeted it gave it more of a loft/apt type of vibe. Hotel is quiet for the most part( there was a tapping pipe sound in our bathroom all night unknown of it was a plumbing problem in the walls. Other than that the views were gorgeous
The restaurant staff and valet seemed to be all over the place. They didn’t know the me u too well. Whenever we asked a question there was always a long pause or they didn’t know. Whether there are events going on in the hotel or surrounding area ALL STAFF should be on point! Front desk staff very friendly an accomadating. Rooftop bar was overcrowded. We had to wait close to 30mins for valet to bring our car up( shouldn’t be happening if we are paying $34 to park)
My boyfriend and I are frequent guests to this particular Marriott because amenities are amazing and the staff is very warm, pleasant, understanding over an EXCEPTIONAL TEAM. There is one staff member who stands out the most and her name is Ana Nelson. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was amazing . Sure enough she made it happen. Thank you Ana and thank you Marriott. We very much like the atmosphere of the pool and the roof top bar . We like how the cabana was accessible to us made our stay even more pleasant and desirable.
When we checked-in the front desk young gentleman did not inform us that the room he put us in was a handicap room which in turn I let it go because we checked-in close to 8pm so maybe that's the standard procedure when you book online and check-in after 4pm.
The interior and exterior design of the hotel is fantastic. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also loved relaxing out a the pool and hot tub. The fruit infused water and complimentary sunscreen for guests was a nice touch. The rooftop bar, Honey & Hive had great drinks and a fantastic view of South Orange County. It was also super convenient having a Starbucks in the lobby. Breakfast at the restaurant was also very good.
The cost of parking is pretty steep ($34). Other than that, I can't think of anything that needs improvement.
