Pros. The Hotel was absolutely great! Me and my sister had a splendid time there, the staff were very helpful and polite and courteous. They made all the adjustments for us needed without additional charge. The design was very nice and fancy, the beds were extremely comfortable and soft. I really had a splendid time at erten konak :)
Pros. People were nice in general and very good value for the money.
Cons. Booked & Stayed 4 nights, we had family in town so I booked a second room for 3 nights just for the grandmama, on our last night we had another family member stay with the grandma in the second room, to my shock they charged me €30 just for that person ! The facts : 1) I booked the 2nd room for $40 a night , the fact I had one person in it ( it's the same price or may be 1-2$ difference between for 1 or 2 , doesnt give them the right to charge us another €30 so WATCH OUT !! 2) we were 3 in 2 rooms, and only one person was having breakfast everyday, except the last day where 2 had breakfast. 3) I brought it up to MURAD the manager, the guy spoke to me as if I was stealing from him, he was condescending and he's the main reason I'm writing this , the other staff members for the most PArt were nice and cordial, he was rude, unprofessional & annoying saying the least , he practically didn't belong there.
