Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, close to restaurants, highways, and attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, citing issues such as unpleasant odors, unclean linens, and lack of cleaning services. Service was also a major concern, with several guests describing rude or unhelpful staff, limited front desk hours, and inadequate provision of towels and amenities. Noise disturbances, including barking dogs and loud air conditioning, were mentioned as well. While a few guests found the property clean and the staff friendly, the overall sentiment was negative regarding cleanliness, service, and noise.AI-Generated from customer reviews
