Pros (+) Overall, a good place to stay if you need to be in Jersey City or lower Manhattan. It is only two blocks from the PATH train and the price certainly beats Manhattan prices.
Cons (-) The parking is not convenient. It is the shopping center parking garage behind the hotel, but it is not connected in any way to the hotel, which is inconvenient. Also, the shower faucet in our room was broken and we could not get truly hot water without the pipes banging loudly and the shower stall shaking. We were there for two days and it was never fixed.

The location was great if you want to go sight-seeing in New York.
