spacious rooms, excellent breakfest, free parking
The location is great; walking distance from Old Cty. Breackfast was very good, too.
The staff, however, was not helpfull at all. They also charge you a lot for the internet access. The hotel was very busy because it is always full of big tours groups, so everything was very impersonal.
It is close to the old city, although in an area which some people experience as unsafe.
We got a gigantic room, we thought we were so lucky! Until we tried to sleep and we discovered that our room was below the airco of the whole hotel, like trying to sleep next to a plane taking off! After a while we couldn't take it and went to the desk. They told us the system would stop at midnight. When I said that was not good enough, they told me that was all they could do. We slept from midnight until 6 a.m., which was when the system went on again (which they conveniently forgot to tell us). Breakfast was weird (where is the toast and the croissant??) and so busy! This hotel is full of tourist groups (we counted 7!). We paid 8 dollars for internet, but didn't work.
Very spacious and clean, ideally placed for the old city.
We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and cleanliness at the Grand Court hotel. It's not a luxury hotel but it's nice for the value and the location was great-just a short walk to Old Jerusalem.
The breakfast scene in the dining room was somewhat zoo-like. We witnessed many people taking food from the buffet and putting it in their bags for later. We also witnessed people stealing dishes and silverware from the tables. When we notified the host at the desk in the dining room, he shrugged his shoulders as if to say "oh well!".
all ok , nice hotel
Size of room.
lack of communication between employees, service and amenities.
Hotel is modern, full of air and light, nice size room, big lobby.
As in all Israeli hotels of high class I visited, many families with children runing around, jumping through the corridors and in the lobby and bar, which is unacceptable for higher class hotel.
almost everything,in particular the great brekfast in the morning
the day of the arrival during the check in I found a very an innefective, unsmiling not really polite receptionist lady.after a few minutes with the presence of an other receptionist,George, everything went smoothly.
Good pool and sundeck area, basic but clean and quiet with easy acccess to old town
The carpeting and curtains were pretty run down
