10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extra helpful washing all our clothes for a token €3 and they went the extra mile to look after us. It had a very friendly atmosphere.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Firstly the staff were so kind and friendly. We were held up in a traffic jam on the German autobahn, so rang to say we'd be arriving late. The lady who runs the gasthof told us not to worry and made arrangements with the kitchen for us to eat later. The meal was simple, but delicious. This would be an ideal place to stay if you have children. We were only staying for one night en route for Italy, but it was ideal and quite amazing value for money.
Cons: For the price you really couldn't ask for more; it's fairly simple accommodation but truly I can't fault it in any way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice experience, everything has perfect. Thank s.

Pros: Everything, amazing :)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quiet location to visit the Pitztal Valley, free transport on the bus. Friendly staff and good food.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We told the owner that we arrive around 11pm. So we didn't expect to eat dinner in the pension at that day. Through some events we arrived around 21:45 and asked if they have some food left over. The kitchen was already closed, but we still got a full menu.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and tidy accomodation. Nice dinner. Friendly host. Good value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, clean, comfy well equipped rooms. Lots of space. Garden area with mountain view. Drinks available any time. Breakfast and evening meal excellent and very good value. Other guests also friendly. Simone spoke good English and recommended things for us to do near by. Hotel is in the countryside, a beautiful setting. Can not fault this hotel would highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: There's nothing i didn't like
Landhaus Raich - Jerzens - Building
9.7 Excellent (45 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice appartement, very close to a small supermarket and some restaurants. Ours also had a view. The kids took the horse riding option and loved it (extra cost was very reasonable and the teacher very experienced). The host also organises hiking trips / excursions (actually included in the overall price it seems, we didn’t pay any extra) and we joined/enjoyed 2 of them. Host also provides help for doing a hiking or sightseeing tour. There are several ones one can start from the appartement. Collecting eggs from the chickens in the morning was also great fun for the kids. All in all, we can only recommend it.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location right under the ski slopes was amazing. The little patch of untouched fresh snow right above the hotel was the perfect way to close an amazing ski day. The room was big and comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast were great. Very kind and helpful staff.
Cons: Decoration is a bit out of fashion, but didn't really bothered me. 5 course menu was great but some of the dishes were a bit out of point, I am quite demanding on gastronomy ;)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice, spacious and very clean room. Breakfast was Ok, nothing special, but a large variation to choose from.
Cons: When checking in and checking out, there was no one at the reception. Parking lot is made of gravel so it was very difficult to find a parking spot for motorcycle. It is ridicilous to have an extra 2€ charge for bathropes in a 4 star hotel.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Host was very friendly and helpful. The place is conveniently located for Hochzeiger. I took the bus service to the glacier as well which was pretty good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: From the outside it's not looking like an hotel, it's a normal home. But it's as good as (or even better) than many *** hotels. Rooms are very clean and tidy, bathroom was new. Mrs Barbara Alber is the very warm and friendly owner, very helpful and interested. Her family (husband, son, daughters, grandparents) are helping making this a place like home. Barbara organizes now and then a Grill-evening, where all guest are invited on the large terrace; she makes everyone laugh and have a good time.
Cons: It's only breakfast. Even a cup of coffee in the afternoon is not possible.

Pros: Very nice location, better to come by cable car, not by car , as the road is long and not in a good shape. Very beautiful location, and amazing breakfast and dinner area
Cons: The personal could be friendlier. We had to share the breakfast and dinner table with other people. Breakfast and dinner were average, not many options. The room is strange as there is no light at the shower and not really a bathroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our group of four had a suite of rooms to use and enjoyed the space and accommodations. The restaurant was good. The staff was helpful. The switchback gravel road was an exciting adventure and the view from the hotel is lovely. It was convenient to many fun activities.
Cons: The restaurant had assigned tables, which we missed (high school German may not have been up to this detail during check-in) but the staff was kind and helpful in correcting our mistake in taking someone else's table.

7.6 Good (147 reviews)
Overview Reviews
This lovely hotel is situated in Jerzens. The property comprises a total of 50 snug rooms. Pets are not allowed at Alpenfriede.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The staff at the restaurant tried to be accommodating given what was available to them - friendly, pleasant.
Cons: The hotel tries to cut corners wherever possible to save every penny as evidenced by the rooms which look like they're from the 80s and lack of any emmeneties in the bathroom aside from toilet paper and soap. The food quality was not so great most days. Fruit salad was slimy and seemed several days old. Coffee was undrinkable. Finally at check out they tried to over-bill me by ~150EUR at checkout - no explanation given, no apology, just the corrected amount entered on credit card machine when I asked about the discrepancy
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, meal and drinks package, parking and location for activities.
Cons: No laundry or guest washing facility. Musty odour in games room and sauna area. Guests with barking dogs in lounge/bar area.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic view from the balcony. The apartment is just 50m away from the supermarket and a nice restaurant, but is nevertheless not far from the edge of the village. Handy position for getting to the rest of Pitztal. If you're a bird-watcher, as well as the usual house-martins, you will also enjoy the 'screaming' swifts.
Cons: 1. The kitchen, WC and shower are open to the other residents of the building. 2. The church clock is 30m away and, unlike in some other villages in the Alps, continues to chime the hour throughout the night.
