Loved the location as well as the staff
Cons. Non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a pack in there the night before. This was disgusting. Also you have to call someone to come to the desk to check out at 7am. No one is waiting there. Seems like Wyndam just wants to cut all costs possible to make more money and not waste money on things like adequate cleaning and front desk hosts.
Pros. I enjoyed the location as it was off a side street, which was off the busy main street. About an hour from downtown Chicago and 15 minutes from the Rialto Theater.
Cons. We were awoken early the first morning we were there by a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms (above and sides). I am not saying the walls are too thin; however, they must be as thin as Justin Bieber's personality. That would be anorexically thin, in case you were wondering.
