Cons. Our car broke down on I-94E so we had to get a room for the night. The next day when we asked to store our luggage for a few hours while we were waiting for our car to be ready the front desk attendant seemed put out. Also we didn't realize the checkout time was 11:00 and someone knocked on our door with a rude comment. It would have been just as easy to politely notify us and acknowledge that we were rushing as fast as we could to get out of the room. Perhaps more training is needed to better understand the difficult circumstances their guests may be dealing with. We had a very difficult 24 hours and they didn't make it any better.
