Pros. We encountered a problem with the door keys not working and the shower/tub drain not draining. The next day both were repaired and we were treated to a bottle of wine for our inconvenience.
Cons. I would think that a major chain like Marriotts would have a battery replacement schedule so that batteries are replaced before they quit working. And clogged or slow drains should be easy to spot by cleaning staff and reported to maintenance for repair.
Pros. Costumer service in the lounge (bar/ restaurant) were excellent. Facilities options were great. Bed and room were very comfortable.
