Pros (+) Great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Close to downtown. Staff very helpful. Very nice room. Great coffee 24 hrs. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours. Exercise room and laundry facilities on site.

Pros (+) Easy check in. Good communication, very friendly, helpful staff from front desk, housekeeping and breakfast hostess, clean, quiet, nice lobby and atmosphere.
Cons (-) Breakfast was advertised as 7am-10am. We arrived at 9:50am so almost all the food was gone, but in all fairness to the hostess she was feeding a bunch of pre teen hockey players and their parents. She went out of her way to make sure I got some sausage at "last call" for breakfast.
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the amenities very good. Free wi-fi, breakfast and parking always appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the hotel and room was very clean.
