A Kansas City Streetcar stops outside our door, covering two miles and three distinct neighboring districts, providing easy access to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Our central location also provides easy highway access. We’re within five miles of the Country Club Plaza shopping district, Hy-Vee Arena, and American Royal, and eight miles from Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium. Kansas City International Airport and Children’s Mercy Park are within 17 miles. Numerous sports complexes are within 15 miles, including Legends Field, Swope Park Soccer Complex, and Central Bank Sporting Complex. Scheels Overland Park Soccer Complex, Garmin Olathe Soccer Complex, and Creekside Baseball Fields are within 20 miles.
