Pros (+) The location is convenient if you want to explore the Plaza area. The rates were reasonable compared to other properties in the neighborhood. The hotel is otherwise lackluster in every way.
Cons (-) - The hallways are dark and dingy, - The shower curtains are not water resistant. If you take a long shower the curtain will soak up water and leak onto the bathroom floor. - The toilet would not flush properly and overflowed into the carpeted area of the room. - Parking is limited and the spaces are tight. - The rooms do not have refrigerators. I cannot recommend this location and will stay elsew...

Pros (+) Location is excellent (easy walk to the Country Club Plaza) and price is good for the market. Parking is easy and convenient. Breakfast buffet and fitness center are about average for this level of accommodation.
Cons (-) Decor is a little dowdy and dated. No mini-frig. In my room on this stay, there was a continuing, intermittent noise of water flowing through some pipe. It would go on for 30 seconds or so, stop for a little bit, then go on again for another 30 seconds. Not real loud, but enough that I woke up one night around 4:30am, and it took a while to get back to sleep.
