Pros (+) The reception staff were quite helpful.
Cons (-) Not an issue with not liking something - it was the fact that despite being a massive place, and not a Courtyard or other minor-version, it was totally forgettable. In a comparision with a Hilton, it would come off second best.
Pros (+) The rooms were beautiful, fitness center and pool were a good size, and the help and the front desk was friendly.
Cons (-) NOTHING is included in this $200+ room. No minifridge, no breakfast, no parking, there's even a bottle of water in the room that you will get charged for if you drink.
Pros (+) Great location in downtown Kansas City. Nice lobby area with full service bar. Large menu served until after midnight (Saturday night) and the food was really good.
