the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the facilities on offer, the proximity to a variety of places to see and things to do and most of all the jacuzzi!! absolutely nothing amiss with this hotel, thouroughly recommend it.
Silence, environment Staff at reception did not speak english
The breakfeast and the kindness from the satff. Good swimming pool.Unfortunately we can not use it use because was completly full. The hotel has good location and in general is beautyfull. The hitter was broked the extra bed too, my son slept with us, but to be fear they don't charge us the extra bed due to this fact. The furniture was broked and the bed too hard. There is no comfort in the bedroom. At night was too noise in the corridors, drunk people was at the hotel making a big mass We know it is not the hotel fault but they need to take care about.
good location, very quiet, room spacious and very confortable, free parking, good value for money
Nice small hotel, good parking and location. Room was big and clean. Sauna and swimming pool was good although it has extra fee. Wrong information in net, sauna has extra fee and restaurant was not open. I did not got any information about this when check-in.
Buffet breakfast: you are spoilt for choice. Rooms are extremely small, poorly equiped, relatively pricey (given their size), and definitely do not represent *** standard. The decor is also a bit dated. Wellness/spa area is not very large and can get crowded in the evenings. The pool is only open as of 11am (and the whirlpool/sauna part as of 4pm). The location (in the centre of Karpacz) can be considered a drawback at times as it can get noisy during outdoor events in the evening. Finally, it is impossible to pay by a credit card (you can pay in PLN or EUR though). Overall it is poor value for money (compared e.g. with a number of places in Austria I stayed at).
