Pros: I love everything. The room was so clean and a good facility. I wish I would stay longer. The price is valuable. I would visit here again if I come to Kosice. The staffs are so friendly and making sure everything is alright. The breakfast was fascinating with a buffet and either the dining area. There is a balcony whereby we can chill out and I love how they also put it as a smoking area. There are not many staffs so the reception can be empty sometimes but totally I enjoy Kosice and want to come back because of you. The location is awesome, locating by a walking distance with 7 minutes from a central station of Kosice and a minute walk to the old town.
Cons: Nothing so far but I hate climbing the stairs. Especially, I have a big luggage and I have to carry it.

Pros: An excellent place to stay. We had a fabulous room - very plush and comfortable with high quality furnishings, fluffy towels and luxurious soft furnishings. Very stylishly designed. I can't say enough good things about this place. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great. And the location on the pedestrian mall was perfect. We are a mother and daughter - the bed was extra large and they made it up so it was like a twin. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel to anyone and if I were to return to Kosice I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Pros: Stayed during IIHF Ice Hockey event, the property was only a 10 minute walk from the Steel Arena and a couple of minutes from the main street. The staff were awesome and the food in the restaurant really nice (try the ribs!). The rooms were spotlessly clean.
Cons: The pillows were too small, more like cushions. We marked the value for money a bit lower as the prices were higher than usual due to the major Ice Hockey event taking place in the city.

It was so quiet, which made it more relaxing. Located through a side street just off (20 metres) from the cobbled Main Street. An ideal location to explore Korsice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just wish more was open in the town to explore on a weekend. All shops close at midday on a Saturday.

Pros: Hotel had a good location - very close to bus and train stations, shopping centre and old town. Our room was spacious with big bathroom and small walk-in closet. WiFi was good. Tea kettle and cups etc are provided. There is also small spa section with Finnish sauna and whirlpool in the basement as well as gym 24/7. In reception and gym area free apples. Hotel has not its own transfer service but they organise cab pick up, when needed.
Cons: Cleaning was not perhaps in Hilton level - some days only thing that was done was taking out the trash. Also no gadgets for kids provided. Information materials about location were not present and city map was truly basic.

Pros: Fantastic hotel! The beds were really comfy and the rooms well kept. The staff were lovely and gave us some great recommendations of places to eat. It was my friend’s birthday whilst we were there, and the staff left a bottle of fizz and a card in our room for her! The spa was really relaxing and a great way to unwind after a long day sightseeing. It’s location is central to the city and within easy walking distance to all of the sights. The breakfast was outstanding- there was a wide range of continental breakfast options, and you can order from a menu if you would like something in addition. My friend had their pancakes every day which looked delicious!
Cons: We wanted to book a treatment in the spa, but by the time we got there, they didn’t have any slots available, so I would recommend booking those before you arrive.

The distance from the City centre maybe 3 km, but you can reach it with the tram what is running in front of the hotel.

Pros: The place is a part (1st floor) of the students' dormitory, well situated, close to the tram stop, just about 10-15 min by feet from the city center. Room was very warm and brightly (in march). Pros: This Hotel was marvelous thanks to Lucia Madarászova, who was keen on making our stay even better, so I would give 15 point out of 10 for her, and the "bundáskenyér" (everybody knows there, what it is.) was my favorite breakfast :) The breakfast buffet was perfect too and our room too. We had an infant (8 months old), and the size of the room was more than big enough for him :)

Ideal for short business trips when one arrives late at night and needs to check out early morning. With own restaurant, which I guess could be used for dinning- although being on the run and overloaded, no time to visit it except breakfast.
Cons: The hotel front desk needs to be more careful with reservations and double bookings. Although the issue was solved, it was still a very unpleasant experience to check in late at night and to be told that I need to check out next morning due to own hotel mistake.... The shower was set on cold water on the rain shower. As late at night lighting is not ideal in such cabin showers and people don't usually wear glasses while showering....it is wiser to verify that water is turned on for the flexible shower and that it will be warm.....

Pros: We liked:- The location, just within the old city walls, which made it perfect for a visit to this beautiful old city. The small garden which was quiet, well cared for and a lovely area in which to relax. The hotel having its own car park immediately opposite the property was a big plus. Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I loved how close to the old town it was and that I could walk to pretty much everywhere I needed to go or walk 10 minutes and hop on the bus. The fact it has 24 hour concierge was a bonus because as a solo traveller it made me feel safer. The beds were super comfy, especially as they had memory foam mattresses and pillows, felt really rested. The breakfast was decent and the spa was fantastic, again as a solo traveller it was nice that I had to book it rather than it always being open because it added a sense of security. And to top it off the price was very reasonable and didn't include a single supplement! All in all my stay was brilliant.

Pros: Large high-rise block redolent of the 1970s. Like being on the film set of The Man Who Fell to Earth or The People vs Larry Flint if, like me, you like that kind of thing. Not as luxurious as most 4-star hotels, but I had a very good night's sleep. Air conditioning you could turn off at night and no ambient noise from electrics or ventilation. And no noise from outside as I was on the 7th floor.
Cons: The wood panelling means that noise carries, and I was woken up at 2am by guests talking in the corridor.

Pros: We spent three nights in the hotel, which provided everything that is expected in this category. Super location, 1 minute to main street but still quiet. There is silence at night and peace. There is a public car park with barrier in front of the hotel, but there is a possibility to park in a closed yard two streets away. You have to pay for both. Kind, smiling, helpful staff. The room was orderly and clean. The breakfast room is very elegant, and the breakfast is plentiful, varied. Instant coffee from the machine is not delicious, but ladies make very fine espresso coffee on request, not expensive. I'll go back any time!

Pros: Fabulous wine cellar which if you ask they will give you a tour of. The guy who runs the cellar is called Dshaun and is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Slovakian wine and its history and is a really interesting guy.
