Pros: Late night check in and good bed to sleep in.
Pros: So charming!
Cons: Breakfast could be better.
Pros: Comfortable beds, the screened in porch to gather and visit,
Cons: My mother's room 117 was next to a very loud machine that hummed, vibrated intermittently day and night. Pretty annoying. Also part of our party (in town for family reunion) did not have any maid services performed. Beds not made, no fresh towels etc...
Pros: Very Clean, Quaint old Auburn decor. Good breakfast buffet. Staff great. Rooms clean.
Cons: No, nothing
Pros: The homey atmosphere
Pros: It was quiet and relaxing. They also served a good breakfast.
Pros: I am able to bring my dog & there is plenty of outdoor space to walk him. Breakfast is always good.
Pros: The hotel itself I thought was very charming! I loved the decor and felt very homey. My room was very clean which is a plus! The location is good. Close to restaurants and a walmart.
Cons: The reason for lower rating on the staff wasn't because I had any issues with them personally. It was that they needed more help. There was only person running the desk, taking care of breakfast &laundry. I would suggest another worker during breakfast time

Pros: We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the whole stay.
Cons: Hot tub was cold. The night staff was super rude. Beds were stiff.
Pros: Overall experience was average besides one thing.
Cons: Dirty brown finger marks on towel. Was first thing I saw when I walked into bathroom.
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: The bed is like sleeping on concrete and the pillows are flat. There is no bath tub... I am short so the sink was to tall to spit my tooth paste in after brushing my teeth
Pros: Clean, comfortable, good location and kind staff.
Cons: I would have liked to have real glasses instead of paper cups. Other than that, it was great!!!
Pros: The pool & hot tub was Great! Also liked the beds, pillows, and location! Close to everything but quiet
Pros: They had cookies even on the weekend!
Cons: The handicap shower was a bit awkward
Pros: Beds were comfortable, hotel was very clean, and staff was friendly.
Cons: Pool was out of service. Water in room was not very hot. Breakfast attendant had trouble keeping buffet stocked.
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Pros: Great bed great shower good breakfast nice pool
Cons: Road noise very loud if you stay here ask for an even number room
Pros: The location was good for us which was one reason to choose it, plus had stayed here before. Breakfast was ok we ate in a couple of mornings and out a couple.
Cons: What we miss is a bar facility, we were there for a sporting event as were many other guests that week and it would have been nice to be able to meet up in a bar. I was happy with just a shower in the room but had my wife been with me she likes a bath.
Pros: Staff and facility was very clean
Cons: Noise from hiway location of motel to close to busy hiway

Pros: The bed's are very comfy and the front desk was very helpful with information on the local area.
Pros: Great facility and friendly helpful staff! Great service
Cons: The pool was not open. The hotel was under construction. Head load bangs tell 1 A.M. the t.v. Did not work at all all weekend. Told staff many time. Was told it would get looked at. Although noting was done. Was not happy with my stay here at all!
Cons: The bed was hard. The hotel has recently undergone a renovation and they are not done.

Pros: Staff was very nice and answered any question we had.
Pros: The coffee was great
Cons: Everything was fine
Pros: The cleanliness and the awesome staff. They recommended a great Italian restaurant down the street.

Pros: Location was ok and staff was helpful.
Cons: It was not clean. Hallways were dirty and hadn’t even been vacuumed. Whole hotel was not clean enough. Breakfast was not very good either, not enough food and no fruit.
Pros: We thought the accommodations were great for the price, the bathroom was large and the rooms were nicely decorated
Cons: I only saw the front desk clerk 1 time for the whole 24 hours we were there, and i went by the desk several times. I asked the girls in the cleaning department my questions because i saw them in the hall, they were very nice. the lights in the bathroom were VERY DIM not good at all to put on makeup or see things clearly Other than that it was a very nice place. I would stay again
Pros: Room was nice. Property was nice.
Cons: Could have had eggs and a breakfast meat on the breakfast menu. I am a diabetic and every choice was a carbohydrate. Very little protein.
Pros: Very nice staff. The hotel was very clean.
Cons: The doors would slam every time someone left their room, like at 4am. Breakfast could of been a little better, maybe fresh fruit. Not apples every day, how about some bananas or oranges. Maybe some almond milk for the people who can not drink regular milk.
Pros: The breakfast was decent. Nine is too early to close it down.
Cons: The telephone and televisions didn’t work. A front desk staff member had to come replace the phone cord and work on the tv cables. The mattress on the pull out bed was so soiled that I had to hide it so my son would not see it. He would have never slept. Thank God that Brandi (staff) brought up a different mattress without him noticing. When we first arrived there was a dirty toilet plunger in the elevator.
Pros: Soft bed and pillows were excellent. Very clean.
Pros: They seemed to be short on staff, had to wait for the lady to get to the front to check in. She was very helpful when I found her. I went straight into town on Hwy 8, I believe, 1/2 block to the left on Main Street, nice brew pub. Had a great salad and a beer. The name was something like Mad Anthony's?
Cons: It was fine, typical interstate motel.
Pros: Breakfast and pool and hot tub
Pros: Overall experience comfort and location was quite good.
Cons: Nothg really.
Pros: Swiming pool close to the room. Location was great. The staff was all friendly.
Cons: My air was not what I like but I didnt say anything till I was leaving cause we liked the room.Having kids it was a great room
Pros: The first room they put us in the TV did not work so they moved us to another room which happened to be a bigger and nicer. The housekeeping staff were very helpful. My husband and I had a really nice time. It was our 5th year Wedding Anniversary. We would stay there again.
Pros: Breakfast pool and hot tub

Pros: Staff was very helpful.
Cons: I would like to see more variety for breakfast, not the same choices every day.
Pros: I liked the king sized bed and the coffee wasn't terrible.
Cons: I didn't like that our room smelled of cigarettes and the staff laugh when the saw we had a stroller and a room on the second floor. (there is no elevator). The hotel was priced really high, they have a monopoly in the area. It is the best because it's the only one.
Pros: The staff was friendly & the location worked well for us.
Cons: The hot tub was dirty & had a scum ring around the top. Also the water pressure was very low in our rooms & the air conditioner was not cold at all in room 220.
Pros: Location to wait we were in town for
Cons: Beds were a bit hard for our comfort and water pressure seemed poor
Pros: Very comfortable and friendly
Cons: No comment
Cons: Difficult to get logged on to wi fi . Breakfast is always exactly the same. Need some variety when staying more than one night.
Pros: Clean hotel with friendly staff. Franchise hotel, but with small town home owned vibe. Good breakfast as well.
Pros: Would have been perfect with an indoor pool.
Pros: Easy to find - pop corn and cookies at the lobby - quiet place
Cons: the heating device in the room was awfully noisy (vibration because fan is full of dust) - the pictures on booking.com showed a renovated hotel with the current decoration, my room was decorated in the 80s at the best, carpet too old, staff very limited (only one person to take care of the front desk and breakfast)
Pros: Location was perfect for our needs. The coffee was good.
Cons: The room smelled like smokers had used it. Maybe the carpets need to be cleaned. Why doesn't a hotel of this caliber have an elevator? It is a real chore for an older person to drag a heavy suitcase up ( and worse ) down a staircase.
Pros: Overall, our stay was decent. Our room was ready when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! We really enjoyed making our own yummy waffles. The public areas of the hotel seemed very clean and well maintained. The coffee and snacks that were made available round the clock was a nice touch.
Cons: Slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room itself. We found a giant bug crawling up the wall. Additionally, we booked the king room with the whirlpool bath for some extra relaxation time and were a little surprised to find it inside the bathroom and only slightly larger than a standard tub. The controls were old and yellowed and when we filled the tub the first time and turned on the jets, brown foam bubbled up all over. Luckily, we brought our own bleach and were able to get it cleaned out and left it better than we found it. Upon check in, we were told that if we came down to the front desk between 6 and 8, we could get a free drink, and we thought that was a nice bonus! But when we made our way down to the desk at 630, we were told that the previous shift forgot to leave the key to wherever the alcohol was locked up, so too bad, no drinks! That was quite a letdown, especially after the girl who checked us in made such a big deal telling us about it. Also, probably not the hotel's fault, but someone was very obviously smoking A LOT of weed in their room all night and the entire hallway absolutely reeked of it.
Pros: Close to town. Updated with an excellent staff... even if they did not know the area. When in Kendallville this is the only place to stay. I have stayed here several times visiting my daughters family and can give an honest evaluation of the place.
Cons: I hmst the 10% off ticket to Applebees...but did appreciate the free drink each evening.

Pros: My room was on the first floor.
Cons: Card Keys didn''t always work .
Pros: The convenience of being close to everything.
Pros: Yhe bed and the fact the water dont smell
Cons: No couch
Pros: Cleanliness, friendliness of the staff
Cons: We booked this hotel for our Nana and she just loved everything about your hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I had a very bad experience. I had stopped in Auburn to have dinner with some friends before traveling on to Valparaiso to visit mother in law. I went to hotel after dinner to rest up after 4 hour trip. I was asked if I preferred a certain floor. I told her I would like to be where it would be quiet so I could get some rest. She gives me a room right by the exit door. so most of the night the door was slamming. I did not complain at that time. the next morning, I went to take a shower and was getting ready to dry my hair. I picked up hair dryer, turned it on it started making noises, turned all red and quit working. I called the front desk to ask if they might have one I could use. Cassandra said I don't have any rooms that you could use one. I asked do you have one that I could use? She said they are attached to wall. I don't know what to tell you. OK then. I left with my hair wet. I made a call to Red Roof Inn when I got to my car. The person I talked to didn't even know they had a location in Auburn. She asked me about my complaint. I told her and she said just wait a hot minute I will connect you to another department. I waited on line for 20 minutes. Needless to say by that time I was furious with Ref Roofs customer service. I hung up called back and same person answered, stated she had not talked to me before and proceeded to put me on hold again. I waited 10 minutes and hung up. This was my first stay at Red Roof and MY LAST.
Pros: Clean room. Friendly staff.
Cons: Noise from the highway.
Pros: truly enjoyed stay, appreciate front desk help & accommodation, seemed to honestly care
Pros: The cleanliness of the room & the comfortable bed.
Cons: No decaf coffee offered with breakfast. I am gluten & dairy free - no gluten free bread offered. Nothing offered for minority dietary requirements. Polystyrene cups/plates- the very worst for the environment!!!!!! PLEASE introduce paper plates & bamboo utensils (knives, folks & spoons) it would be simple & so extremely important for my grandchildren, all future generations & the future of our planet. Become a leader in your field, a trail blazer, showing an example to your competition that could become your slogan for your future advertising.
Pros: The location was great. It was within walking distance of Walmart, Aldi, Applebee's, and other restaurants. Very close to the interstate.
Cons: The breakfast needed some protein options. Too many carbs/sugar.
Pros: Clean , new facility and most welcoming staff
Pros: everyone was friendy
Pros: The staff was really nice. Tiffany is a ray of sunshine, truly. Good fluffy waffles. Beds were comfy. Nice TV, fridge, microwave.
Cons: Thin walls. It sounded like our door was being openned when anyone went in or out across hall or side door. Highway just beyond a hedge and really loud. Room smaller than it looks in pics but fine. Clothing pole in corner by the window.

Cons: To close to McDonald's, was very noisy late at night.
Pros: Lobby looks very nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms neat and clean.
Pros: I travel for work so I come from work watch tv eat and sleep. Very cold AC which was great after working in the heat and they have a lot of tv channels!
Cons: Their breakfast could be a lot better. 2 cereal choices (raisin bran and Frosted Flakes), waffles and bread to make toast was all that was offered.
Cons: Fix the parking lot. Rooms were musty
