Cons (-) Very bad distinct smell in the room.
Pros (+) they were able to accomadate us on a short notice. They were located close to the convention center. You get what you pay for, hard pillows, very basic breakfast. My biggest complaint was the staff, who made multiple people wait 20 minutes check in, while she worked on her daily paperwork.
