Flight delayed three times no explanation, left 5 hours after initial time, disrupted my job
The kiosk was fast. I got in and got my baggage tag right away. There was a long lines at baggaged check in But it moved fast and checked my baggage with no problem. The flight was good. The flight attendants were very helpful, friendly and always smiling.
Didn’t realize we couldn’t actually get the full food menu while on-board. I saw that pre-ordering was available but didn’t realize the impact. Also didn’t know there weren’t entertainment devices on board had to bring your own device which I would’ve preferred to have clarity about ahead of time.
Flight was on time. Crew was helping & seat were comfortable.

Alaska Airlines has horrible customer service. After sitting in a packed airplane for over an hour, they decided to cancel our flight and had us deplane. Instead of helping us nearby, we had to ride two trains (in Seattle Airport), from the S-Gates to the C-Gates; only to stand in a line for 3 and a half hours. Throughout the 3 hours, there was often 1 agent at the customer service counter to help the passengers trying to get information and accommodation on a flight that they cancelled. Do better!
There was no food or entertainment. I was in the middle seat which was uncomfortable. The flight and crew were fine.
Service was excellent and the fact that I didn’t have to request to sit next to my kids when there were no seats next to each other was amazing. Love how Alaska anticipated the seat arrangements. One feature that would take the flight from good to amazing would be to have a screen available with headphones with games and movies, but the kids loved the little boxes and were entertaining with the game—it also helped them get away from too much screen time.
The staff was friendly and the flight ran on time. Boarding was a zoo. This process could be greatly improved. They have done away with the entertainment they used to offer in favor a wifi signal for our phones and that wasn't working in half the flights. The beverage selection is poor and the quantity was minimal. I'm sure when the airlines can come up with something cheaper to serve than pretzels they they will switch to it. If their budget is that tight what else are they skimping on? (Maintenance, fuel, safety) Over all I'm underwhelmed!
The only thing nice I can say is the flight crew was really nice and apologetic about the situation. They shared as much information as they had and advised us on what we could do about missing connecting flights. The boarding process was so slow. The gate agent was working by herself and should have had someone working with her. It took almost an hour to board because she was trying to board a full flight of people and provide customer service to everyone who was flying standby and/or had questions. It was really chaotic. This didn't help the fact that we were delayed and folks were missing connections the longer it took.
The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.
Did not realize internet screen was hidden between seats and no info printed!!!!
2 of the seats in row 31 the entertainment system was not working, and one seat the tray table did not go all the way down. Flight arrived early and departed on time which was great.
Very good flight crew and very nice people staff were incredible especially the gate agent
Waited at the usual crowded gate at DCA where one ends up standing up because there aren't enough seats.
The flight was delayed for about 2 hrs. Other than it, it was good.

The plant way delayed departing by 3 hours. It was an old airplane with broken seats and armrests. The bathroom made a hollering sound. A really crappy flight experience and travel day all around.
Flight delays both to Detroits and return flight . The flight to Detroit was associated with mechanical difficulty
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks
cabin crew was OK, food was OK, the trip from the US to Munich was actually pretty bad comfort wise. Noisy aircraft, lights never dimmed even in Business class (night flight) barely sufficient amenities for the price. I have millions of miles with United but TBH American is gaining ground and Delta has always been marginally better then United although on paper United has more longes and cheaper upgrades.
Pushed back only to get deplaned due to a tire damaged by ground crew. They did at least go pretty fast. The bathrooms should be banned under the Geneva convention. No room to even sit straight on the toilet. The under-seat entertainment units block what little leg room there is.
Essy to get on. The hostess gave very little pop, the plane was late getting in, and we are still waiting for our bags. This sucks. :/
Great flight. On time boarding. Smooth flight and on time arrival at EWR. The flight crew was marvelous and there was a great selection of movies on the entertainment system. Our bags were at the carousel before we got there. Another excellent flight from United.
United airlines has the best customer experience from booking to arrival. I always fly United airlines. The mileage program is excellent
They did the one thing that really matters - got to Chicago early.
I liked the snacks and the flight attendants were friendly.
Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.
Flight was late - I was downgraded from first class to coach
We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.
My last flight on 25 Dec, it’s Christmas Day, everyone happy and very good mood. I really enjoy traveling with Americans Airlines from Miami to Minneapolis my home town after long flight from lhe to Doha then Miami. Thank you again to make my travels comfortable and relaxed. Best regards
The boarding process needs to be fixed. The zone don't work, especially when there is hardly anyone in zones 3, 4,and 5, leaving the majority of the passengers backed up in the aisle, especially because passengers seated near the front are blocking passengers who are seated in the rear of the plane. It would also help if the size of carry on bags was more strictly enforced.
WiFi didn’t work the entire flight. Very disappointing. Minimal food and options - sadly the state of current affairs. All other aspects of the flight were fine.
Great flight - friendly and attentive team! Seats in coach were comfy, but a little cramped - but that is the case with all airlines ;)
The boarding by groups is pointless. The first two groups worked fine, but almost Noone boarded in goups three thru five leaving the vast majority boarding when group six was called. It defeated the purpose of spreading out the crowd.
For whatever reason, the flight was not catered -we were told it would be a 45 minute delay waiting for catering - so no food. There were opened candy and peanuts in the seatback pocket. Flight landed early in DFW but due to the assigned gate not being available, we sat on the ground for 30 minutes waiting for the gate to open - making the flight actually arrive at the gate late.
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.
I bought wifi and most of the flight could not even use it my apps would just spin. I couldn't even listen to music. super frustrating.

It was fine. Nobody was outstandingly friendly but no one was rude and everything was smooth . The captain thanked us for flying but no one greeted me as I walked on the plane or as I exited which is the least they could do lol
Clean, friendly, roomy. But check-in from the phone link was terrible. Repeated attempts wouldn’t save at the final step. Just kept spinning! It was very frustrating. Finally, I used the app (vs website link) to check-in which worked very smoothly on the first attempt.
Check in on the web portal was cumbersome! After several attempts I finally got the boarding pass.
Excellent flight and even arrived 23 min early. No entertainment , or wi fi on board, but I downloaded a couple of movies beforehand which kept me entertained. Really like flying Allegiant airlines.
WE were delayed about an hour and never any communications from the employees working the gate. We also were moved to a total of three gates.
I love how they show love to their customers and care about them too.
I liked how when I got on board how fast we ended up taking off but what I truly disliked was how uncomfortable the seats were. There was truly never a time that I could ever get comfortable during both of my flights. The seats could get away during shorter flights but flights 3 hour plus makes it hard to enjoy.
The crew was great and the flight was very smooth. Can’t really judge food since I did not get any because it costs money. The seat was comfortable for what we bought. Thanks!

It was canceled. The flight wasn’t rescheduled, everyone had to figure out their own new arrangements. They said we would get refunded our original fare and receive an additional $150. We received links for $100 only and they expired before we could activate them.
