Easily the best breakfast at a B&B we've ever had, fresh fruits, yoghurts, juices, a huge selection of cooked items. The bedroom was very large, modern decor tasefully done, warm, spotless, dressing gowns provided, local information for restaurants and WIFI handy in a welcoming card on the hostess tray. Can thoroughly recommend, will be back for Rewind again next year!

Free wifi but very limited bandwidth. They have an excellent restaurant on-site which served a very diverse range - all was excellent! Ask to sit in the restaurant if there is room - it's a huge room but well hidden! Will definately be staying again

Pros: Friendly host and stunning surroundings
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a stunningly good B&B. The room was bright and comfortable, and the bed excellent. The room opened on to a garden via French windows. The whole property was squeaky clean and a total credit to Jean, the friendly and hospitable lady who runs it. The breakfast was exceptional, and Jean was happy to fill my flask for the next day. The shower had copious hot water, a big fluffy towel and high grade toiletries. Worth particular mention is the outstanding hospitality tray in the room, which included a selection of fair trade teas and infusions and a teapot. There were both instant and ground coffees, and a cafetiere and also drinking chocolate. There is a pleasant walk on the hill behind the property and free parking. Not too far from the motorways, it is a very pleasant place to break a journey to or from the north of Scotland.
Cons: Everything was good, nothing to dislike.

Pros: Owners go over and above to make your stay even better,Trevor gave us a lift to the restaurants they had booked for us for our evening meal rather than have us pay for a taxi ,my granddaughter loved the dog who was very friendly even shared her doggy toys with olivia, room was well appointed with a travel cot tea and coffee and Trevor even brought us fresh milk, breakfast was excellent great choice home made jam etc made it more like home than a bed and breakfast, would definitely recommend this property, and wee will return again later in the year
Cons: There was nothing not to like,it was like being in a friend's house for the nightwell
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was nice and spacious, warm, comfy beds and nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent too
Cons: There was parking but it was being used by the owner so we had to park out on the road. The sofa in the room was very old and had lost all shape so we ended up having to sit on the beds, and breakfast started at 8am, normally not a problem when on a trip but we were due in Edinburgh at 9am so had to change our appointment to suit breakfast times, as Edinburgh is 45 minutes away on a clear road. But overall a decent stay but not worth the rating which we based our booking on

Pros: I enjoyed my stay very much. Beautiful hotel and lovely helpful staff. The room was a good size and great value for money.
Cons: The breakfast was nice but I would have liked the option of porridge. Also there was only one wall socket at the window which meant I couldn't charge my phone beside me.

Pros: The staff was super friendly, the courtyard was very green and pleasant, the room was huge and the building is beautiful.
Cons: For a room this size it was a little disappointing, that we didn’t have a fridge.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The helpful , efficient and friendly staff. The situation was ideal and the parking was sufficient.I ll definately come again
Cons: Some variation and option of lighter meals or smaller portion options available . The bottommetal strip behind the bathroom needed a good scrub and on two mornings my mug had not been washed thououghly.,and a grape iI dropped and couldn t stoop to lpick up was still on the floorthree days later.apart from that my room was clean and tidy and I really appreciated it./ A small leaflet showing layout of hotel and the attractions in and around Kinoss itself would have been helpful as I did not have time to travel any distance. .no warning of bird droppings on car if parked under the trees , it was so bad that I had to lay to have my car washed profsssionaly. !

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff brilliant, could not do enough for you
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly welcome; large comfortable bed; big soft fluffy towels. Sky tv including sport and movies.
Cons: We were in a sloping attic room which was reached by a 45 degree, narrow staircase immediately behind a springed door. A dozen or more steps and no banister. The eaves were low and heads were banged several times. The height of the room at its apex was barely 2 metres. The hanging space was minimal - it would have been impossible to have a wardrobe anyway due to the restricted height of the room. The sinks in the bathroom had metal plugs but with no way of removing them once closed other than to prise them open. I lost part of a nail attempting this. Internet signal was intermittent.
4.3 Okay
Pros: poor
Cons: Location ,no banister up stairs , television didn't work. -no signal.,

Pros: We had a room overlooking the front and it was huge. There was a double bed in one bit and then up a couple of steps there was two single beds also. The bathroom was quirky as it was 2 en-suites one had a shower & sink and the other had a toilet & sink - perfectly adequate and very nicely done. There was sky tv and plenty of room & storage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were really friendly had a really good time while I was there would stay there again

Pros: Friendly host. Very helpful staff.
Cons: Shared toilet Very basic room.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Just that I could check out a little late as I had loads of work come in.
Cons: The place is dingy and the bathroom floor damaged. The owner tried to persuade me not to lock my door but I insisted and it made me feel unsafe.
