Pros. The rooms were nice and comfortable and they did have a free shuttle to the theme parks and breakfast. Parking was free and could walk to stores on 192.
Cons. The shuttle only picked up for universal at 7:30 and only left the park at 6:00. Disney was similar only leaving the hotel at 10:30 and only leaving the park at 11:00. Breakfast was also incredibly limited in the food choices. Also found a beetle on the third floor our first night.
Cons. I just to stay at this hotel because it was always clean all the time, infurtunally I experienced the complete opposite las weekend, room looks clean at first impresion but it has a particular humidity smell, floors were dirty and there were dusk under the beds like they weren't clean In weeks.
Pros. It had an elevator. :) It's was one of the few hotels with a room available for last minute, so there's that.
Cons. The place was dusty and old, which matched the room. Room just felt kind of gross. Odd furniture choices, too (dining room table??), for a small room. Door had no insulation, so light came through all the door's edges that morning. Didn't bother with breakfast because I didn't want to look for it through a bar with 3 small kiddos.
Pros. It was nice and clean. No frills but great value. Just what we needed!
Pros. I love how clean and comfortable the room was. Those were the only things that concerned me since we hardly spent anytime in the room. I also liked the water pressure in the shower and they had the Disney channel for my children to watch in what little time we did spend in the room. The staff was great, as well and it was very inexpensive. Excellent location.
Cons. The door in the restroom was swollen from the humidity and was hard to open and close. Also, the water temperature fluctuated a lot while I showered. The breakfast had very little variety, only toast, pastries, and cereal. I wouldn't consider this place a resort. It was more like a small hotel. These were the only negative things I could think of and even then they weren't deal breakers for my family and I and I'm already planning another stay here.
Pros. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were really comfortable. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back!!!
Cons. No real negatives.
Pros. Check in was easy. The grounds were nice and clean. The pool sparkled. Free breakfast was a plus. A few more choices would have been nice, but what was there was fresh and in good supply. The beds in the room were perfectly made every day we were there. The beds were more comfortable than in any hotel I've ever stayed in. All table, cabinet, bathroom surfaces were clean and free of dust. Flooring is all tile. No carpet for critters to hide in.
Cons. The floors being tile should have been kept cleaner. We had to wash our feet prior to putting on socks and shoes if going barefoot. This was a minor inconvenience.
