Pros: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was incredible, really first class, the room was luxurious, and location great, and the staff extremely accomodating. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Pros: The old house was delicately rennovated and the room was spacious and beautifully designed with all amenities. Another surprising detail: when I asked for access to a PC and to the Internet I was offered a laptop to my room without any charge and also free wifi.

Pros: Staff is very friendly and accommodating - very close to the ARN airport. Price is very reasonable. If you are OK with staying in a house/bed and breakfast then this is a good choice.
Cons: It is an older house so just be prepared to be OK with some of the associated elements regarding a house like that. Not a problem for me.

Only 40 minutes to Stockholm city centre by train. All top floor rooms have a terrace with wonderful views over the city. Within walking distance to the city centre and tourist attractions. Gym/Relax and Sauna are located on the top floor and are free of charge for the guests. Garage parking available at extra cost.

Pros: I liked the staff. All were very helpful and kind. Especially the gentleman that helped me with my luggage when I checked out. He walked me all through the airport to check in for my flight and did not even want me to tip him at all. I insisted repeatedly until he relented. My regret was that I didn't get his name. I do remember that he mentioned that his parents were from Poland.
Cons: I was not happy about the fact that the rate was less expensive at the hotel.

Pros: Loved the location right in the terminal. You can get ready and just walk to the ticket counter. Rooms are sound proof so its nice and quiet. Easy walk to the Arlanda express which takes right to the center of Stockholm in 20 quick mins although the price for the Express isn't cheap, about 37 dollars (as of exchange rate for June 2015)

Pros: Easy walk to all air terminals ! Got off Arlanda Express ( 20 mins.) at 1st stop . Between terminals 4and 5. Nice staff and small rooms. I would conclude, it is a convenients for early flights. Also, I came, the night before my AM flight. Got to my room, settled in , then walked down to my flight terminal to receive the boarding pass. Next morning went through security and was on flight. Easy and relaxing , no rush !

Pros: the airport location was fantastic and just steps from checking in my luggage. there was no need to go outside, the passageways are all indoors. it was completely quiet from all airport noise and perfect for a one-night stay in order to catch a flight the next day. they had a computer with a printer to print out my boarding pass. and a hand-held scale to weigh my luggage.

Radisson Blu SkyCity Hotel is located in the Arlanda airport at the SkyCity centre between terminals 4 and 5. The Stockholm city centre is just 20 minutes away by the Arlanda Express high- speed train

Pros: The location, price, breakfast, staff, service are all top notch. They helpfully answered all my numerous questions. When I quickly needed a heat adjustment on Floor 2 (U.S.A. equivalent of Floor 3) a staff member literally ran up the stairs to help me. When I asked for a bicycle at 22:00 hours, they happily obliged me at that late hour. The breakfast is top notch, and the location right across the street from the train/bus station couldn't be better.
Cons: The sauna (by USA standards) is in a remote part of the hotel.
The Best Western® Hotel Svava located in the city centre, literally a stone's throw from Uppsala Central. Station, and is easy to get to, whether you travel by car, rail or plane and bus.

A popular hotel for buisness and meetings in an excellent location in the very centre of Uppsala. You are close to everything here with great communications, trains, local buses and airport buses within walking distance (30 min to Arlanda). A total of 95 modern rooms, conference facilities for up to 100 people in 6 conference rooms, baqueting hall for 100 people and a restaurant with a first class cuisine. Uppsala is the fourth biggest city in Sweden and has two wellknown Universities and an interersting history.

Pros: Excellent customer service, we left at 4am but there was already breakfast to go waiting for us. The staff were very intent on making our stay as convenient as possible. The free shuttle will take you to and from the airport quickly, at any time of day.

They will pick you up FROM the airport 24 hours/day (just call them and they will pick you up)
They will drive you TO the airport 24 hours a day, with trips available every 15 minutes (just let them know in advance, so they can add your name to their log-book).
They will even take you to/from the airport if you are planning to spend the day in Stockholm (catch Express Train at airport, and/or take bus & train (slower, but cheaper)
There is a VERY nice buffet breakfast included in the price (various breads, cheeses, cereals, fruit, eggs, juices, coffee, tea, etc) (also meats, but I'm vegetarian, so...)
They also offer a fairly reasonably-priced (considering that Sweden is relatively expensive) dinner menu; just the salad bar option was very filling and tasty.
The hotel itself is very "minimalist"...you get a bed, shower, toilet, sink, and place to put your bags, and that's about it!
Cons: Rather expensive to get "to and from" Stockholm.
I would recommend staying here if you get in on a late night flight and want to go right to sleep, OR if you have an outgoing flight and want to minimize stress by being close to the airport with a free shuttle available.
If you just want to visit Stockholm, there are cheaper options available there, with no need to commute.

Pros: We stayed here for a night after missing our connection through stockholm to Spain. The staff was extremely hospitable, from the shuttle driver who took us back and forth to the airport and train, and also found us a charger converter, to the woman who arranged a family room for the standard room price. They gave us a nice crib and cot for no charge. The other guests were friendly and interesting, location perfect, and the breakfast buffet was unexpectedly incredible. Weird to say for an airport hotel, we did not want to leave!
